Very cool experience. A special treat.
Food is excellent. They treat children to a “friend” doll or stuff animal to join them at tea and the food is so child approved but the adult tea is also delightful. Definitely worth more than one trip! We are frequent visitors❤️
A special place that offers a great selection of teas and menu items
It was beautiful. Quaint setting. Lovely patio and garden setting. Food was good. Service was exceptional.
The best food and teas! The best service! Loved it!
What a lovely Labor Day Weekend lunch! A beautiful place, with wonderful food and excellent service.
Great brunch spot, nice food, service and a view
Had a wonderful afternoon tea with my wife. Service and food was excellent, tea selection almost overwhelming. Great value too.
Food and drink were wonderful served by the awesome Jeremy! Already planning our next trip.
Loved this cozy place, service, food and atmosphere was amazing. Will definitely go back.

Went with a group of 20 people, so we had our own room which was absolutely perfect. Our waitstaff were wonderful. They let us know right away that one of their vendors was late so they didn't have a couple of items on the menu. They were helpful in answering questions and helping people make decisions on what to order.
The menu is very diverse from high tea to appetizers.
It was wonderful experience for all of us, which in itself is amazing.
I highly recommend as a place to visit when ever in Sandwich
My friends and I were on our way back to CT from vacation and decided to stop in for tea and coffee. We weren’t aware this was a classy establishment, so we were in more casual attire (though I had a collared polo shirt) and the staff made it very clear we were unwanted. They were rude and passive aggressive to us, while being very pleasant to customers dressed more eloquently. All of which was made worse by the fact that ants were crawling all over the sugar and table. At every table. Dirty and poor service. You couldn’t pay me to return to this ‘high class’ tea room.
What a perfect venue for meeting up with family and friends. Cozy, warm, indoor and outdoor access. Perfect place to enjoy drink and refreshing food! Loved it.
Lovely teas. Food was good, however tea cozies need to be washed or replaced. Also, most of the tea cups are worn/cracked- highly recommend replacing those as well.
We had tea at the Dunbar House Tea Room last week, and it was a mixed experience. The service was very good, as were the teas themselves, but I was surprised that our tea cozy was stained by previous encounters with tea. It made me wonder how frequently they were laundered. I was surprised as well to find kitchen strainers being used to strain our tea rather than tea strainers. We paid close to $100 for two people’s afternoon tea, and it seemed to almost laughable to be straining my tea with a kitchen implement when we were dining so formally. One tiered plate set was off kilter, while the other one was wobbly.
Afternoon tea is always a delight, but I probably would not bring a friend here to celebrate her birthday.
