I paid for a medium vanilla bean coolatta. They gave me the drink, and it very clearly wasn’t full. Not entirely sure how they messed that one up. It tasted good but would’ve been better if I actually got what I paid for. Also the drive through layout is absurd due to the location of the store. If you don’t want a full drink this is the Dunkin’ for you!

ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR.The girl working yesterday 2/13/25 was the rudest person working behind a counter that I have ever encountered. She was slamming things around while making food and swearing under her breath. Absolutely uncalled for. There are a 100 Dunkin' Donuts within a mile radius. No one should have to go here to listen to someone with clear anger issues or be treated in that manner while simply just trying to ordering food.

Hair in my food the only 2 times I went.
Both incidents almost two years apart.
Today 11/12/24 second incident.
Two very long dark hairs in hash browns. Ordered a lot of food. Ate none of it.
Coffee sucked today too. Will never go back. Reporting to corporate.

I put the order through the app and I get to store about 5 min later. Lights off, door locked and no employees. After a few minutes an employee opens the door and says they are closed since other employees did not want to go to work.

Went thru drive thru ordered 2 coffees 3 donuts a coffee roll n a wrap the lady sounded irritated that I kept ordering. Then at the end of my order she made the remark " geez laweeze" kinda unprofessional!! I will say the lady at the window was a lot more friendly / professional!!

If I could leave no stars I would, I stop in on Fridays to get a coffee and something to eat every week, the service is extremely slow !!!! Average Waite time of 10/15 min for a bagel when the store is empty is terrible service!!!!!the only reason I use this store is for the sweet older woman that takes the orders.

My absolute favorite Dunkin. My food and drinks are always great and the one time they made a mistake they were happy to remake my coffee. The workers are polite, competent and clearly care about their jobs. I don’t have to worry that my regular coffee order will taste different every time I go. The only Dunkin I will go to in town.

This is the second time I have been treated poorly here. I walked in on Friday afternoon, plenty of help, but nobody would acknowledge me. On girl behind the counter asked an Asian girl to wait on me, she shook her had no and they all seemed to giggle. After a bit a girl took my order, just a coffee. The Asian girl made it and handed it to me, no words were spoken. Maybe I look funny or something but it was very uncomfortable.

6/7/23 10:26amSimple drive thru orderI ordered BEC on English, hash browns, OJ. Then went to order another sandwich hash brown oj and was interrupted with an attitude saying “next time, order all your food first and the beverages after because it’s easier….”I simply just drove away, went up the road to a different Dunkin’ Donuts and they had zero issues with the way I ordered like any other day I’ve ordered.I’m sorry I didn’t order my food in the order you prefer. I didn’t have my crystal ball with me today to read your mind. Further more… are you complaining to me that I made your drive thru job hard? If you’re struggling with this, how do you plan to get through life?

Everytime I come here there’s a problem, the service is ridiculously slow. The coffee tastes disgusting, like dirty water. There have been multiple times the person taking the orders through the drive through leaves their headset on and complains the entire time. If they are out of something they are very rude about it.
