I paid for a medium vanilla bean coolatta. They gave me the drink, and it very clearly wasn’t full. Not entirely sure how they messed that one up. It tasted good but would’ve been better if I actually got what I paid for. Also the drive through layout is absurd due to the location of the store. If you don’t want a full drink this is the Dunkin’ for you!
My absolute favorite Dunkin. My food and drinks are always great and the one time they made a mistake they were happy to remake my coffee. The workers are polite, competent and clearly care about their jobs. I don’t have to worry that my regular coffee order will taste different every time I go. The only Dunkin I will go to in town.
Their coffee cake muffins smell bad when heated up and fall apart. IDK, it must be the way the quality of food is changing nowadays. Coffee cake muffins never used to smell like that.
