Dunkin... good ol dunkin. I think they should have kept the old name but that's neither here nor there. The coffee is really good. The donuts are good especially when you dunk them. The breakfast sandwiches are breakfast sandwiches and the snozzberries have snozzberries. The brain freeze from the coolattas really wakes you up in the morning. Who doesn't love a piece of your brain actually starting to freeze? And if your teeth hurt it's time to go to the dentist. Boston cremes are pretty dank.

Severely understaffed. Monday morning 6:45am. 1 employee on drive thru and 1 employee making sandwiches. No one working the counter. on line orders, drive thru and walk in customers piling up, not to mention the school kids haven't started coming in. Waited in line inside for 10 minutes and had to leave because of work. Not the first time this has happened. Where is the Manager? I understand that employees may call out but even if they had 1 more employee like most mornings they are still understaffed because the service is bad.

Severely understaffed. It takes approximately five minutes per car in the drive thru line. Was fifth in line and didn't get to the window for 20 minutes. I ordered in the app, but when I got to the window they didn't know what my order was because they asked for my credit card and tried to hand me a drink that wasn't mine. Waited while they figured it out instead of asking me to repeat it. Handed me half the order and told me to have a nice day and I had to remind them I still had another drink which was supposed to be a hot chocolate but was just dirty water.

I bought an avocado toast with bacon and they literally put a box of bacon for a dollar and a half, horrible that a chain as good as dunkin has employees who do their job as if they didn't get paid, I won't come back

By far the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. The employees were yelling at each other and had an attitude with every customer at this location. The cashier was questioning if I had cash for a tip and when I provided it, they said "good, now we don't have to talk about you after you leave." The food was somehow cold and they didn't even attempt to stir the iced coffee. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

My friends and I come here very frequently- everyone on the staff has always treated us so kind!! Not to mention making our coffees sooo good. My go-to is a butter pecan cold brew with cold foam and whole milk. Coco especially is such a funny, lively person; she makes something as mundane as hitting up a drive through so funny and something that can really brighten up your day. I've even talked to my other family who also goes to that dunkin and they've also mentioned just how great of a worker she is. Never change, speedway dunkin!! We love you!!!

13 minutes in drive-through. Minutes-long wait at microphone with nothing but crackling on the line. Finally, with no cars left in front of me and cars lined up behind me, I called out: "Hello? Hello?" A voice answered "I'll be with you . . ." More crackling. More waiting. Finally a voice said "Thank you for your impatience". I repeated "Thank you for your impatience?" The woman responded "Oh, is that what you heard? (Laughing.) I said 'thank you for your patience.' Maybe you were hearing your own impatience." I placed my order and drove to the window. The woman had more to say when I got there. About the cars lined up behind me: "I don't let that bother me. I ignore them. I stay in my lane and they stay in theirs." She also said there is a "blind spot" where I couldn't see cars around the corner [of the building]. It felt like this woman was performing nonsense for the staff at my expense. No receipt was offered today.
