Oh my. This was the largest and by far best ice cream sandwich I have ever had the pleasure of eating. One of these could feed a family of four. Quality ice cream between two large homemade cookies.

I have been a frequent customer at Ice Cream Sandwich. I’ve always loved their ice cream but a couple of days ago I went with my family and had a very bad experience. This very YOUNG girl took my order and repeatedly asked me my flavor and for me to repeat myself at least 4 times and could not answer any of my party’s questions. If she was training, that makes sense but maybe if there was an adult there or at least an older person things would have gone better. I know kids are working young but without an adult it’s just bad business.

We stopped here on our way home from the Cape. The ice cream was delicious as were their milkshakes! Customer service was great. I accidentally left my credit card there and called them to see if they had it. They immediately popped it in the mail the next day. It is so good to do business with an establishment that has integrity!

Very welcoming place, friendly and fun staff, great service, delicious ice cream, And they have indoor tables, which were much needed today in cold rainy weather. Actual bathrooms too. A must for travelers. They’re renovating the space to make it even better. Five stars!

The ice cream sandwiches here are 3x the size of any ice cream sandwich you'll pull from a convenience store fridge and 10x better. It's hard to beat two freshly baked cookies over three scoops of ice cream.You can easily split one sandwich between two people and still feel full.

I live in the neighborhood behind Ice Cream Sandwich. Service was disastrous. Only about 12 people in front of us, most ordering simple cones, the wait to get served after payment was made was over a half hour.Everyone was complaining and annoyed, most were joking about how they could go across the street to Stop & Shop and get ice cream quicker.There were three young ladies working super slow … maybe if an adult was there they would’ve been taking the job seriously and not taking forever to scoop one simple cone and losing the order slipsNot efficient at all. Shouldn’t of happened … three people to serve about 12 to 15 people ice cream should not take a half hour to get through the orders.
