Wish we had visited sooner! Great vibe for a summer hang out, however we were told they're open all year with some indoor seating. We had pulled pork and 2 drinks each!

A quaint little place on 6A in Sandwich, Ma. Live entertainment outside and ordering you food at the retro van, which is connected to the bar, is wicked fun. A runner will bring your food to you if you dine outside. Staff is very friendly. There's also a cute little coffee stand called Sipjack Coffee.

Great food! Had the mac daddy burger which was delicious but very heavy (perfect for hungry vacationer) and the rest of the family had a combination of brisket, ribs and chicken. Chills environment with space for dogs, strollers and the whole family. Live music on Labour Day and good service.

Delicious breakfast sandwich (I got the sausage one) and their hashbrown is perfectly crispy! I could have eaten several more. It’s all outside, cute little seating area.

Food is good, no doubt about it. Atmosphere hip, fun and dog friendly. Downside for 3 stars? They bagged every order as if it were takeaway, plastic bags, fries in bags, within a bag, within a plastic bag. Plastic ware given, wrapped in plastic, and then there was some available to take as needed. So food wise, yum, a redo on their service ops needs a redo.

I had high hopes for this place but left sorely disappointed. Ordered brisket with sweet potato fries, mac and cheese, and a side of pulled pork.

The chopped brisket was shredded like pulled pork which was a disappointing presentation and thanks to the fat content, an unappealing mushy texture. It was greasy, flavorless, and disappointing. Adding the honey bbq sauce did little to improve the experience as the sauce was bland and flavorless. The pulled pork was dry and bland, but unlike the brisket had a decent texture . The sweet potato fries were somehow simultaneously mushy, yet had burnt portions. Where things really went off the rails was the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was flavorless and was dripping with grease. The attached picture shows the puddle that was in the bottom of the food container.

Other members of our group ordered burgers- I did not try but it was clear that grease had soaked through the entire bun on way of them. The kids hot dogs featured soggy, untoasted buns and shriveled, unappealing hot dogs. The only item that looked or tasted decent were the regular fries. They were crisp albiet a little greasy.

The ambience was so so. The layout leaves much to be desired. The majority of the tables are on uneven ground and are sloped enough that food tends slide on the table and it is uncomfortable to sit.

We had been excited to try this place after hearing rave reviews from family members, but after this visit, we will definitely not return.

Kid-friendliness: Decent spot to bring kids. Outdoor dining at picnic tables so no need to worry about a mess. Lots of families so no need to worry about noise.
