Not a fan of the customer service, or quality. I contacted them about a lobster I bought that had a very deformed claw. It was not noticeable with the rubber bands on it, and I didn't notice it until it was safely on my plate. I emailed a picture and asked why this particular specimen was not used for lobster rolls, and not sold to the public. I have not yet received a response. I would love to be a repeat customer, but am a bit disappointed in the quality.
8/14 - Thank you for the prompt reply. Is there a person I should ask for? I just called and asked for the manager, and got a lecture on how lobsters molt and sometimes have misshapen claws. (I did not get to ask why then are they not used as seconds or as meat, and not sold to customers.) This is not what I was expecting, when your reply said you wanted to make this right. I was quite taken aback. Taking away another star.

Tasty lobster roll kits! Definitely recommend especially if you have a toaster for the bread (we didn’t and it was still good, but would be even better with a toasted roll). Very clean facility.

Our Friday & Saturday dinners were lobster, crab cakes, and stuffies. We had a wonderful lobster dinner for Friday which is hard to beat. However, the 3 different crab cakes options and stuffies for Saturday dinner did try hard. With 4 adults eating the crab cakes and stuffies, no one at the table chose the same item as their favorite.

This place really made our long weekend vacation- we stopped in on the first day and got a ton of gorgeous food that we feasted on for the next two days. The service was friendly and the prices were far lower than expected. Don’t miss this!

Then we pull up to see the best prices on the best lobster rolls ever. Then the service was absolutely amazing—as they bagged up the most beautiful lobsters I’ve ever seen. Drove them back to the Berkshires that evening. We just finished up the most amazing lobster brunch and I couldn’t forget to sing the praises of this place.

Had the lobster roll. It was excellent and a great price. Lobster meat was fresh and generous, you put it into the roll yourself. Unexpected addition of a large individual bag of Cape Cod chips. Great value for the money. Grew up in New England and know how lobster should taste. It was the best that we had on this trip so far. They also sell fresh lobsters and a lot of other seafood.
