Had a great experience at Applebee’s! Miracle was absolutely amazing—so hardworking, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was excellent; the burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the wings were tasty and cooked just right. Overall, great service and great food. We’ll definitely be back—thank you, Miracle, for making it such an enjoyable visit!

The food was burnt and tough. The bourbon street steak was over cooked and too was charred. The cook covered the char with the seasoning. The honey glazed chicken was charred and the chicken burger was tough. The water dish not taste good, found out it had residue of the lemonade because they came from the same source. The service was good but food wasn’t.

Went there to celebrate bday as I was having a not so good day, so me & a family member went as I wanted to try something new. I quickly could tell the hispanic server wasn't happy to be there. Yeah she gave a few smiles but that's when bringing our order & later saying she was leaving soon Anyways I told her it was my bday from beginning, she didnt say happy bday (let it slide) & I thought when she was bringing our to go order she would've brought the bday treat but Nope. Even before she left 3 others had a bday treat & the servers were friendly. Should've not left her 15% tip. Did tell another server of situation & he got me the treat. Pic is 14.99 deal just that the wanton tacos couldve had improved taste

Took daughter for her birthday. Sat down at 6pm and placed our order. One burger with green beans, two steaks (medium) with green beans, and chicken with green beans. Our drinks were delivered within 5 minutes and that was the last we heard from our waitress. One hour later, we asked the manager what was going on, and he didn't have a clue. He checked in with the kitchen, disappeared for a few minutes, came back our and said that it SHOULD be a few more minutes. I don't think they even placed our order. This was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. I will never go back there again. My daughter was so upset. We had to order take-out. I can't review the food quality, because we didn't get any.

Terrible food. Worst service. Waiter came to ask for our order within 5 seconds of us sitting down then when we say we need a minute to look at the menu the waiter just disappeared for a good 15 min. The food was very poor quality yet somehow service was even worse. Never got a spoon for the soup, no plate for shared appetizers. Waiter did not say hello or even acknowledge us at all, placed the wrong drink order overcharged for the drink. she was extremely rude to us yet she acted super chatty towards the table behind us.
Never got my food and still waiting for manager to call us back...

Howard on bar side is a joke over a year ago he made fun of how my disabled spoke when giving order, called corporate though they would properly handle it. Went back a few days ago after a year waited over 30 minutes just to order drinks and never put in food order for my daughter as 4 people was eating my daughter had to wait and guess who was serving us Howard. This place went down hill will never return

Not much to say beyond it's a good Applebee's. Good but not amazing food, I had good service despite it being crowded, and the atmosphere typical suburban restaurant. I'd go back with no qualms if in the area, but not drive a long way.

Food was great, it’s a great environment. However, it sucks going out to eat and never getting checked on. Our server greeted us to take our order and brought drinks after that he never checked on us again. I would understand if he was busy, but he was not busy at all. He checked on his other tables more than once and continued to ignore us. We left our empty glasses on the edge of the table to see if he would come over to us but he never did. He didn’t even come over after we got our food. When we were paying our tab on the kiosk he finally came over to ask if we needed anything. As a server, I always tip but not this time. I feel bad because that’s how we make our money but you do not get rewarded for ignoring your guests.
