The 2 pizzas I ordered were delicious. They arrived on time and warm. The delivery person was polite and prompt and sent text messages with arrival time. I can't comment on atmosphere as it was a delivery. Altogether a positive experience.

I love the pizza here, it is always super good. However, I am always disappointed with the serving size of the fries. Have ordered a small ($5) and the small container is half full it is a serving for maybeee two people and that’s if they skimp on their portion. The large is $9 for about the same amount. Serving for 2 people, 3 if they really skimp the portions per person. Potatoes aren’t expensive. Let’s stop being stingy here. Wish they just filled the bag to give you your $9s worth

Bacci's is one of those hidden gems of the area. Pizza and sub are always good, but the Buffalo Chicken calzone is on another level.

Ordered two pizzas (cheese and pepperoni) well done and they were cooked to perfection. Hidden gem in Saugus . Ordered delivery for 715pm and doorbell rang at 7:14.

I did some research on pizza shops in the area and found Bacci and am glad I did ! I ordered a meatball, mushroom, and onion on line and it was ready upon my arrival and I was ready for it..... real meatball (not just ground hamburg), fresh mushrooms, and excellent onion. I had found pizza heaven! Need I say more?

I can’t say enough good things about Bacci's! The food is delicious, best pizza in Saugus! The staff is incredibly accommodating and go the extra mile every time! Especially for catering needs to help ensure a successful event! Can't thank you enough! Go visit them, you won't be disappointed!
