I did some research on pizza shops in the area and found Bacci and am glad I did ! I ordered a meatball, mushroom, and onion on line and it was ready upon my arrival and I was ready for it..... real meatball (not just ground hamburg), fresh mushrooms, and excellent onion. I had found pizza heaven! Need I say more?

I can’t say enough good things about Bacci's! The food is delicious, best pizza in Saugus! The staff is incredibly accommodating and go the extra mile every time! Especially for catering needs to help ensure a successful event! Can't thank you enough! Go visit them, you won't be disappointed!

This is the second pizza I received from Baccis after receiving the wrong order the first time. Clearly carelessly thrown in the box and cut while too hot. I genuinely don’t know how a pizza ends up looking like this unless someone shook it. Also worth noting this isn’t even the pizza I originally ordered. I have been coming here for years and won’t be coming back.

I have never dealt with such a rude and disrespectful owner. Called to explain that the pizzas I received from delivery look like they were held sideways because a bunch of the toppings slid off the pizzas, into the box. The owner did nothing but complain and insinuate that I was lying. He raised his voice and even asked what do you want me to do? I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I have preferred from there many times, but this have me a reason to never order again
