I’m really disappointed with the service and also the quality of the ice cream. I was served by a lady wearing a different shirt than everyone else. She was rude and dismissive and just outright unpleasant. The ice cream (mint chip in a cup) was served to me with frost all over it and dripping down the side of the cup. The floors looked like they have never been cleaned a single time since they started business. I would not recommend.

I went to the shop to get some ice cream and there was this young girl working there and the boss or manger was accusing her of stealing money out of the register the poor girl looked very scared she was also the only colored employee working at the time it was very sad I have went before and last time I went they was saying the girls hair was nappy to remind you this is a white owned shop

They serve Richardsons ,which is a plus, but something just isn't the same. It's not the cleanest place , the help isn't always eager to help, and some of the flavors aren't up to what you get at the actual Richardsons. I ordered Butter Pecan and it was blender than Vanilla. It's good that its so close to me ,but maybe put a little more heart into keeping the place clean and some help that actually wants to help.

When the math ain’t matching! I stop by today with my daughter got two small ice cream, young lady told me it was $15 and some change. I told her 7 plus 5 was 12 dollars she said the jimmies which were only .75. Never going back. There’s no integrity with small businesses anymore. Yes I saw the prices 5.45 plus .75 jimmies plus 7.45 is $13.65 so I paid $3.00 in taxes I don’t think so. Nice to say you give discount when pay with cash because I paid with a $20 bill and got no discount
