I’ve never had good customer service here. Whether it’s door dash or me picking up takeout myself, it’s never ready when it says and it’s never correct!

I went on a Saturday night it was pretty empty me n my friends were planning on seeing a boxing match but apparently they only sponsor ufc soo instead we watched it on our fone. The food and drinks were amazing the staff was pretty friendly but the place was dead prob like 10 people in the whole place. The drinks were amazing n the wings were pretty gd better than I expected.
I ordered some wings for the super bowl at around 5 oclock expecting some delay for the 6:30 start. Never got the wings and the order ended up getting cancelled at 9 pm. Absolutely pathetic service. I called them about 15 times trying to figure it out(no one ever picked up) and the only info i received was from my delivery guy who said an “hour wait” multiple times. Never ordering delivery from here again. Horrible service ruined my night.

Waited for online order pickup at 6:30 and waited till 7:40 told me I have 40-60 more minutes. I understand that it was Superbowl game night but all those delivery drivers were gather 4-5orders to take which is nonsense. I know you are trying to make money but even dine-in was waiting for more than an hour to get the food. Ended up refund but the manager didn't even give me receipt for it and took the last 4 of the card number, will probably dispute.

We went in on our way home thinking buffalo wild wings would be safe to eat with kids and usually easy to accommodate needs. I asked for an iced tea they didn’t have any, that is not a huge deal. We ordered the nachos as an appetizer and then the chicken wing and a kids mac and cheese with a water. We got all the food at the same time actually we got the mac and cheese then the meals then crew nachos came out. Kids water cup was leaking so we asked for a new cup and a chocolate milk. Eventually we got a chocolate milk. The water never came back out. Mac and cheese was sent back because it was refrigerator cold. when it came back it was still cool but it was closer to room temperature and not refrigerator cold. Our chicken was cold and nachos were cold. Our daughter took 2 sips of the chocolate milk and wouldn’t drink more she loves milk and chocolate milk. We didn’t notice till i was putting the cap back on and take the straw out. It was thick and curdled. It was by far one of the worst experiences we have had and we have had some terrible experiences at restaurants in the past. The server was decent she tried. We were one of like 3 family’s in the the restaurant a total of like 10 people max. We saw one waitress the whole time. No manager no one else. I’m very disappointed do not recommend at all.

Store is completely dead. Not a single customer and uber eats orders taking over an hour. Just unacceptable. Why accept orders than can’t be fulfilled in a timely manner? Store is fully staffed and no one making an effort to get these orders out. Fantastic way to ruin your business.

Had to wait forever for pickup order, hostess comes and asks for name and then completely forgets about me, then our wings come with barely any sauce.....
Food came out all on one plate I've got 20 wings four different flavors waitress went away don't know what happened to her weighted about 3 to 5 minutes before she walked by and said the food is way overcooked and it's cold it couldn't have been no more than 20 people in the whole building when it comes time to pay nobody was around I stood up nobody to be found went to the bar and nobody was there so much for giving it another try

It was a ripoff even with the promo code. I don't know who deserves more of the blame: 1) buffalo wild wings or 2) ubereats for recommending this place to me. The last time I had been here was several years ago. The food was always good. Now it was terrible. The boneless wings were nothing but dried up chicken nuggets. Both hot sauces--i don't even know how to describe them. And the fries cold and limp. It was so bad that I just dumped it all. To continue eating would have been unbearable.

My husband and I have been coming to this BWW for the past year getting take out, and typically it's a nightmare--long wait, employees hard to find for help, all around inefficient ways of working, and wrong and missing items. But something must have happened with staffing or management, because the last two times we ordered everything was in the bag, appropriate portions, and someone helped us promptly. I'm not sure what changed but I wanted to say the improvement is noticed and so, so appreciated!

Terrible BWW location. First off service was very slow and off. Brought our our 3 meals like 15 minutes apart. Wings had hardly any meat and roughly 8 hours later I was throwing up from food poisoning. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.
