They said they were closed when they didn't close for another 35 minutes. What kind of business turns away a customer?? When I drove by the window it looked like the same person that was in the picture in a recent complaint. She needs to be fired!

Went in tonight through the drive thru and had started off by asking if I could do 2 separate orders and was told that was not an option, never in my entire life have I been to an establishment that didnt let you make multiple purchases. Then I had stated 4 times I had a coupon while ordering 1 of the meals. I had to state it 4 times because the lady couldn't comprehend what a coupon was I guess? So then I got to the window and gave her the coupon and instantly she got all rude and snarky and tells me that I was supposed to give her the coupon at the speaker and not at the window...to which I told her I did in fact try and give it to her and she tried telling me I didnt. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be back. I do not recommend coming here.

I had an awful experience at this Burger King today that completely ruined my Sunday afternoon. After sitting in traffic for over half an hour just to get here, the woman at the drive through was extremely rude and dismissive. I gave her the coupon number, but she refused to apply it and acted like I was the problem. The attitude and lack of basic courtesy were unbelievable. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed — definitely not the customer service anyone should expect after such a long wait.

Well, I ordered the 2 for $5 combo and waited almost 15 min's for my order. I have done this job, in a heavier atmosphere on the Mass Pike East. What i witnessed this afternoon was poor. Staff standing around, one person on sandwiches, one person on drive-thru and taking orders at the counter, the lad and Lass up front did more flirting than working. Took maybe 4 min's for the Bacon Cheeseburger/ no pickle and 14 min's to make the original chicken with lettuce, though I ask for no lettuce and only another minute to make the new one. Fast Food at it's slowest. Not to mention the girl with the long black hair in a ponytail and, what looked to be a star birthmark or something on her right cheek, she likes to touch food with bare hands, picking Flys of the counter and then throwing them back in the warmup basket. Yeah, not sure OSHA would like that one. Usually a good place, just not today 10/19/25 17:39 hrs Sunday

Honestly we waited longer than I wanted, but the food was literally perfect! Mozz sticks were not cold or blown out, absolutely perfect. Burger, perfect. Now service was a little apathetic, but when the food is so spot on you can be alittle spicy :-)

My order was taken by a manager called Cindy. She made a mistake and charged me for a sandwich instead of a meal. When I asked her to please change it she refused, and said I had to pay extra for fries and soda. I ask her if she was the manager and I complained about the customer service, she turned around and walked away. Order #51 8/30/2025 around 9:45 pm. Horrible service. How can this person be a manager...

Actually we went through the drive-thru and I got that double whopper with bacon It was incredible, It fueled me up to go practice up MX 101 the whole day and I usually don't eat fast food but this was good

Went into this burger king for breakfast with my family, we started ordering our food fine. We mistakenly ordered a wrong item and asked the lady nicely to change the item. This lady rudely rolled her eyes and told us to order correctly because she doesn't want to keep changing things. She was very rude overall and in a bad mood since the moment we walked in.

8am only person in line to wait 10 minutes, (don't know why) but then they go ahead and mess up my order. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN LINE. Ridiculous

this burger king has awful customer service. we ordered online and waited inside the store, where the cashier and everyone else working did not tell us when the order was ready; in fact, they did not even begin making our order until they called out the order of another customer, and we, thinking it was our order, approached the cashier‘s register and inquired about our order. the cashier was confused and began making our order then after making us wait for 30 minutes. not only did they not apologize for the wait (hardly spoke to us at all and were extremely unhelpful and distant—the female cashier who was there when we first walked in just abruptly left with no explanation), but they also did not give us the hi-c pink lemonade drink that we ordered; they just handed us an empty cup and prompted us to fill it at the drink station, where there was no pink lemonade option present. they did not make our order until we had to ask them to. terrible service, not worth the wait; if you want a good Burger King experience, save your time and energy (and money) by going to the Burger King in Stoneham or up the street; they are both much more rich in quality, atmosphere, helpfulness, service, and integrity. we are severely appalled and disappointed with this Burger King. Do better.

I visited Burger King at 2.00 AM in The night. Got 3 fresh impossible veg burger meals. Freshness was intact. When you visit in night, there is just drive through option available no dining in night.
