Actually we went through the drive-thru and I got that double whopper with bacon It was incredible, It fueled me up to go practice up MX 101 the whole day and I usually don't eat fast food but this was good

Went into this burger king for breakfast with my family, we started ordering our food fine. We mistakenly ordered a wrong item and asked the lady nicely to change the item. This lady rudely rolled her eyes and told us to order correctly because she doesn't want to keep changing things. She was very rude overall and in a bad mood since the moment we walked in.

8am only person in line to wait 10 minutes, (don't know why) but then they go ahead and mess up my order. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN LINE. Ridiculous
this burger king has awful customer service. we ordered online and waited inside the store, where the cashier and everyone else working did not tell us when the order was ready; in fact, they did not even begin making our order until they called out the order of another customer, and we, thinking it was our order, approached the cashier‘s register and inquired about our order. the cashier was confused and began making our order then after making us wait for 30 minutes. not only did they not apologize for the wait (hardly spoke to us at all and were extremely unhelpful and distant—the female cashier who was there when we first walked in just abruptly left with no explanation), but they also did not give us the hi-c pink lemonade drink that we ordered; they just handed us an empty cup and prompted us to fill it at the drink station, where there was no pink lemonade option present. they did not make our order until we had to ask them to. terrible service, not worth the wait; if you want a good Burger King experience, save your time and energy (and money) by going to the Burger King in Stoneham or up the street; they are both much more rich in quality, atmosphere, helpfulness, service, and integrity. we are severely appalled and disappointed with this Burger King. Do better.

I visited Burger King at 2.00 AM in The night. Got 3 fresh impossible veg burger meals. Freshness was intact. When you visit in night, there is just drive through option available no dining in night.

My husband and I had a horrible experience.
My husband ordered a chicken sandwiches as he bit into one he was taking HAIR OUT If his mouth! I called Burger king and ELIZabeth the manager asked for the food back in order to give me a refund! The food was in the trash! Disgusting! Never ever again going to Burger King

They close 12:30 I show up at 11:55, they made me wait a whole five minutes before turning off the drive thru menu, like I understand if you want to close half hour early how ever why would you make someone wait at the drive thru for five minutes without saying anything? And the lady that was already helping the customer infront of me saw me, just very very rude. You could have told me we are closing but you made me wait for no reason. Disgusting attitude
Rude, got my order wrong and the food was cold, about as bad as a drive thru could be

Dined in 2 days before Christmas. Customer service was extremely rude. The female cashier was unfriendly and rude in taking my order. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers as part of my order and was given and charged for 2 bacon double cheeseburgers incorrectly. I informed another store employee at the register (young male with long dark hair), and he lied to me - stating that there is no double cheeseburger on the menu without bacon. I looked at the menu and then corrected him as I saw the double cheeseburger option clearly stated on the menu screen above the register. He then consulted with the cashier who took my order in front of me and they denied a fault in the order 3 times. I insisted I did not order bacon double cheeseburgers and asked for it to be corrected and re-charged correctly. The male employee reluctantly and begrudgingly corrected my order and was extremely rude. I confronted him upon leaving that he was rude and he refused to apologize or take any accountability. He said, “it’s okay, no problem,” multiple times as a response to his rudeness and did not call over a manager as requested.

The mozzarella sticks are so greasy like who ever is doing them they don't keep it long enough for you can get that crunch on top some time they're slow ? ?

Terrible service unfortunately, lady attending us was super rude. We went through drive thru and were the only ones in line, complained about us having a coupon and taking up her time. Mind you no one else was in line, asked for some sauces and she made a face as if we were asking for something super complicated. If you’re upset about doing your job please find some place else, the attitude is not needed

I had a very bad experience at the drive-thru tonight. I was treated extremely poorly, and as someone who works with customer service, I understand the importance of good service. Unfortunately, the person who attended me made me feel really bad, showing no consideration or courtesy. I hope you can improve the training of your staff to prevent other customers from having the same experience.
