I ordered an old school cheese steak with mushrooms. When I picked up my order I didn't see a single mushroom. I told the cook this but he insisted there were mushrooms grilled with the meat. I found one. One single mushroom. That's it. I won't be coming back here.

I'd give them 3.5 stars but I can't do half stars. We got this philly cheese steak from the food court in the Natick Mall. The cashier was friendly in taking our order and the food was cooked within minutes (it wasn't busy - Monday late morning). The bread was very soft and so much so that it could not support the filling, so I was constantly trying to support it while moving it towards my mouth. It made the meal messier than needed. I don't know if they have an option to toast the bun, as that would've helped. Our large sub included lettuce, tomato, pickles. It tasted okay/good. The fries with bacon and cheese were okay/good too. There were enough cheese, as even after the fries were done, I was able to scrape the paper bowl for the remainder cheese. If you're jonesing for a sub at the mall, this is the place to go. The large sub combo will definitely be enough for one person and more likely to feed 2.

Worst customer service ever. The guy gave us the wrong sandwich yet he's the one to get mad because we mentioned that he gave us the wrong one. He threw the sandwich in the trash and kept talking in a different language complaining, he was making us a new sandwich with an attitude, very unprofessional, I wouldn't come back here. Not happy with the service at all!

Pretty good for fast food but just a little to skimpy on the meat , it was good bread but would have appreciated a lot fuller sandwich. It felt like the ( Where's the beef commercial )
