I asked for sofritas (I am vegetarian). I thought there was meat in it so I asked the lady is there meat. She said it’s meat…… I said it’s tofu not meat. She’s like yes it’s meat. She starting smirking and laughing at me. I called another girl to clarify and she’s laughing at my face. She says yea it’s tofu but protein. I said yes exactly so why is the other lady saying it’s meat. And they both are LITERALLY laughing at my face. The other girl was leaving. I said to her what are you laughing at? She just kept looking me. Flat out insulting and terrible staff there.

I really had a bad experience at this location. The brown rice was extremely hard, the food was cold, and the whole station looked messy and disorganized. I would not recommend anyone to visit this location.

I’m a rewards member. Yesterday via email I received a perk (free guacamole) to be redeemed by Friday, November 14 (today is Saturday the 8th). The server saw my email and placed some guacamole in what evidently was too large a cup. The cashier asked if I ordered a larger amount and I showed her the email. With a slanted eye she went over to a server and asked for smaller container. I had no problem with that but this young lady is not proficient with English. She asked me to scan the email, I hit redeem but it took forever, never populated, she mentioned their internet being slow. Since it never populated she was not going to provide it to me. She asked another less proficient English person to assist, and her answer was that the offer had already expired. (REALLY?). I explained that it clearly says Friday November 14. She responded that today is Saturday (again, REALLY?). I asked her what today’s date was and her reply was “SATURDAY” (another REALLY?). Thank goodness, a young American speaking perfect English, I ASKED FOR HIS ASSISTANCE. He came over, I provided the digital offer and explained it’s not populating here in your store with slow internet. He glanced at it and saw November 14 and provided me the product at no cost. Easy for HIM. UnREAL. I will no longer visit this store and I will contact their corporate office next week. If you’re going to hire, make sure they speak English and have some damn common sense and respect. The worst service. My guess is corporate cares more about their profits than they do their customer’s experience. Failure starts out by losing one customer at a time. This location just lost one today. 🤬

Pulled up at 10:40pm and the door was locked. There were at least 3 employees inside. One employee came to the door and I asked if they are open and she said no. I asked why because it says they are open until 11pm and she walked away without an answer.

They don’t stay open until 11pm as advertised. I would not suggest coming anytime after 10pm. The employees don’t keep it open until 11pm.
My husband went to pickup our order and while still in the store, opened the bag because it felt light. We were missing a bowl and a bag of chips. He went to the counter and let the employee, Dehesus, know and he accused my husband of taking the food out. He said he was the manager, he knew he put it in there and basically my husband stole the food. My husband told him to check the cameras, which would show that he never left the store. He said he was too busy. Reluctantly, he made my husband what was missing, but we returned the food and called customer service for a refund and to file a complaint.

The staff is not friendly, they are very slow and they almost never fill the plate. This is the first time we have encountered something like this.

This Chipotle consistently gives small portions and poor quality. My burrito bowl was watery, and my wife’s salad barely had lettuce or chicken. After seeing other reviews, it seems like this is a management issue. I won’t be returning.

We are frequent visitors of Chipotles and this was by far the worst service and dirtiest store we’ve ever visited (MO, PA, RI, CA, CO, etc). Placed an order for pick up at 3pm. I walked in at 3:05 with 5 people behind the line and no one on line. I was asked what I needed 4 minutes after being ignored. It then took them 10 minutes to make 2 bowls. 4 of the 5 employees should not be working in customer service. The food line and area where you get utensils/drinks was disgusting. The food some of the worst we’ve had. Trash overflowing. We love Chipotle generally but would recommend everyone drive an extra 5-10 minutes for another location.
