Solid Chipotle location. Line moves fast, food is fresh. Staff is very resilient- I was once in line when they were vocally abused and berated by a guy who works for O’Connor Companies in Canton. They handled it like professionals and just moved on with their day. I’m a loyal customer even more so no.

Missing main ingredients — not okay
I placed an order with chicken as my protein and added sour cream, and somehow they forgot both. I don’t understand how the main protein in the entire bowl gets missed — that’s the core of the meal. Missing sour cream is frustrating, but missing the only source of protein? That’s a complete fail.
For the price Chipotle charges, the attention to detail needs to be better, especially with online or app orders where you can’t fix mistakes on the spot. Super disappointed this time.

I’ve been to many chipotles in many areas… This one by far has been the worst. I placed my order on their app and got a rice bowl with chicken and steak… Food was cold. Portions were small and there was barely any meat. It was primarily all lettuce and my order was 20 minutes late. Horrible service and experience.

I really cannot recommend you come here. I count 7 employees in here and there is quite literally ONE person on the line actually making burritos/bowls. I got here at 2:47pm on a Tuesday and it took 28 minutes for them to serve the 10 people in front of me in line. Since being here 6 other people have walked out. Chipotle used to pride itself as “fast casual” - it is now “slow mediocre.” I genuinely do not know how someone could run a business more inneficiently than this.

I ordered a honey chicken quesadilla with guac and chips. Unfortunately, they ran out of guac 🥑 😭😭. Other than that, everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be back!

No one answers the phone, I can never get in contact with anyone there, online ordering doesn’t allow certain things making ordering delivery accurately nearly impossible. Also no place to put notes or edits.
If you want your order to be wrong, then this is the place for you. It's not the first time I've tried to give this location another chance only to be disappointed, but repeatedly getting online orders wrong has totally turned me off from this location. Paying for guacamole that's absent and has lettuce I didn't order in its place is awesome. I don't have this issue at other chipotles. Also $17 for a burrito that more closely resembled a baseball is laughable at best. I never leave bad reviews, but I hope something can be done at this location to improve the service.

I came here yesterday afternoon and I sent my son to get his bowl (like he always does) my son has a speech impediment and when he was placing the order the manager thought it was funny to correct him on how to pronounce the words and laughed at his face. When I went in the store to speak to the manager in charge, I asked why was my son being made fun of when he has speech impediment and made him cry she was acting like if she herself didn’t know how to speak English This short lady manager told me her name was Amanda and went to the back laughing. When I ask the grill guy is that your boss he said yes I asked what’s her name and he said Sucelia who told me her name was Amanda. So not only did she lie to me about her name as well she made fun of my child that’s so disrespectful but she needs to get fired and learn how to conduct herself like a real manager. I will not be coming here again. This is very upsetting because I’ve been coming to this location for years and never had anything like this happen before, so disrespectful!

Food is good but only cons I would say the place at Times would give small portions and charge you for more which sucks, always out of napkins and forks so you have to ask for a re stock of it and the drinks at times are water down. The Place be a mess, and the trash are full to the top with no room to throw mines. Overall with good food I would say a 2.5/5

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. For 3 straight trips they have been out of the current promoted item. It's slow, the staff are unfriendly. If this place was bulldozed down and a 10 foot statue of a dog eating a taco was erected it would serve as a better service to the community.
