The saugus location is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The store is always so filthy with food on the floor and dirty tables. Trash literally overflowing like crazy it’s gross. But the worse thing about it is they always mess up my order. Even as I walk them through it. It’s super disappointing to get home after spending $30 and having it so spicy you can’t eat it or finding your $5 chips & guac missing. Chipotle, get your staff together in saugus already! Depending on the time you go. There's some shift workers who are awesome and are extremely friendly/care about your order. Then there's some shift workers that you can tell are there just for the paycheck.

Legitimately made me decide I'm never going back to any Chipotle this one was so bad. The service is exceptionally slow. The employees don't understand how their computer works, and wasted several customers promos trying to figure it out. On top of that. They had meat in the Sofritas.. yeah, meat in the specifically non-meat choice. The line was so long and they were struggling so much we left instead of dealing with the 45 minutes it would have taken to even get back up to the counter to try to explain we had a problem. While waiting 10 minutes to ask for a water glass, I watched them mess up several door dash orders as well. Thoroughly let down by Chipotle. Go sit down in a restaurant for how much this place costs. Heck, eat dog food. It's better than this.Vegetarian options: You'll find meat in your Sofritas. (The vegan option)Dietary restrictions: If they can't keep meat out of the non-meat option I hope they keep dairy out of the non-dairy options.

I found chicken in my vegetarian burrito bowl and the cashier had no idea how to apply the Chipotle points on the app so she kept having me scan my phone and ended up using 300+ points without getting anything in return.

Staff don't change gloves even when they go at the back and bring more food cheese or lettuce, they use the same gloves. I asked him to change refused so I left 1/17/24 8:15 pm the guy doing the last cheese etc light skin,

Keep driving down Rt.1…..probably the most disgusting Chipotle I’ve ever been in. Food all over the serving table and floor.Portions are almost half of what you’d get at other Chipotles. I’m sure there’s numerous health and safety violations there.
