My experience in Crumbl today was so strange and impersonal. You walk in, no greeting, they actually don't even look up when someone comes in. You order at a screen on your own, they request a tip (not even a hello to customers? yeah...no tip). They hand you the cookie and don't even smile, say anything, or look up at you. I won't be back.

I pass by this store on my way home from work. Yet, the problem is that I don’t actually “pass by”, at least once a week, I order right when I leave work and get into my car so that my cookies are ready by the time I get there. My family gets so excited for me to get home on Wednesdays but I’m not sure if it’s cuz I’m home or if it’s because of the cookies?! I’m starting to think it’s the latter 🤔😂
