Everytime I visit their app on Fridays and Saturdays the website says all the cookies are sold out. Then at the last hour every weekend, they set the app to say the cookies are baking for the next hour; even thought the store closes. Poor service. And there’s a guy that works there that is alway giving people attitude when it’s busy. The workers argue openly with each other. I’ve been going to this location for 2-3 years and I’m starting to think maybe crumbl in Saugus is getting played out.

AMAZING! Place was gorgeous, workers were kind, and most of all, the cookies were delicious! They were sweet, crisped, and warmed at the perfect temperature. And at my nearest store, it is very efficient meaning the cookies are quickly given.

I went there about a week ago and loved it! I normally don’t wright reviews but I have to say that this is the best crumbl I have been to. Service was fast and the employees were so kind. The place looked super cute and was spotless. Also the cookies were amazing and top quality.Going there again today with my family and I can not wait! (Sorry for the bad Light in the photo)
