AMAZING! Place was gorgeous, workers were kind, and most of all, the cookies were delicious! They were sweet, crisped, and warmed at the perfect temperature. And at my nearest store, it is very efficient meaning the cookies are quickly given.
I went there about a week ago and loved it! I normally don’t wright reviews but I have to say that this is the best crumbl I have been to. Service was fast and the employees were so kind. The place looked super cute and was spotless. Also the cookies were amazing and top quality.Going there again today with my family and I can not wait! (Sorry for the bad Light in the photo)
The best customer service at the Saugus location. By far the best customer service of all the crumbl locations that I have experienced. Especially Brian, who went above and beyond. Thank you, Brian for your excellent customer service.
