Best fast food chain, hands down. The food is delicious, fresh and consistent. Much better than similar chicken-sandwich chains. The best thing they have going for them though is their employees. They do an amazing job of hiring. I'm always impressed by how friendly, professional and helpful their people are. The level of customer service is exceptional. Their app could use a little work, but I still use it :)

Dave's Hot Saugus is the BEST - something about their chicken...it's a tiny bit more moist and tender than other Dave's Hots. Can't explain why, but this is the best. The crew is fun too!
