I went to 1204 Broadway saugus dunkin' donuts. I did a mobile order and ordered at the wrong store. I asked the manager nicely could you order me a drink? She said no you have to go to the other store. I said really Starbucks does it he says we don't do that Go to Starbucks I guess I won't go back to dunkin' donuts anymore. Middle-age woman with crooked teeth. Not somebody I would want representing my store

They rush you when you are placing your order just to get it all wrong ! Even after correcting them they still forgot half of my order and made the drink with the wrong dairy.

i’m glad that the store opens 24 hours however I do not believe they follow Dunkin’ Donuts cooking procedure when making sweet maple bacon egg croissant sandwich. The bacon is warm rather than crisp. The cheese is barely melted it. The croissant is barely warm. Either the equipment is not calibrated or rushing bye reducing the heating cycle time heat requirement. Need to make hot sandwich with crispy bacon. I have gone to this place multiple times and ordered same thing and same lukewarm sandwiches.

The morning crew is way better due to them being more attentive and cheerful, 5 stars all around. They move quick with their services and they’ve never messed up my order(s). The afternoon crew is terrible which is why I gave the review a 2. I came in around 2pm, stood at the counter and 3 people looked at me but proceeded to do other things. No one even acknowledged me which I think is VERY rude. I understand working and adulting sucks but don’t let it be known in front of customers that you genuinely don’t care.

Im not someone who usually leaves bad reviews but this place truly made me write one. I ordered a refresher with lemonade the girl hear me wrong and asked if I wanted with green tea which I replied to her again that I wanted it with lemonade they ended up making it with green tea this just made me angry cuz why ask again if you are going to do it however you want. I also ordered a sourdough breakfast and they also made it wrong.

I ordered via app. I can not order condiments (cream cheese) corp issue, I asked for it free after I was told I would be charged for it. I simply in a polite way explained I would have ordered it but the app does not allow it. The individual at the counter was irate and slammed the cream cheese and said I was belittling her which I never, also I paid for the cream cheese and I’m sure it was not a transaction In the pos. There was another individual that was aurgumentable which was there when I have the cash, however they both were not worth a position of Csr. I will call Csr support a few times to express my concern. Order 4883 of this date

DRIVE THRU IS REALLY REALLY TIGHT EVEN FOR MY COROLLA COMING AROUND THAT CORNER AFTER YOU ORDER IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! service was perfect, my coffee perfect ( that's RARE for me at most spots!)
