It's dunks.... The only issue is have when I go in there, is the Indian woman who is the manager. On 3 separate occasions that I was in there, she was yelling at the employees about something. Seems very unprofessional to me. Or maybe she just speaks loudly....??

This location recently has some staff change, and they can no longer get anything right. My order is constantly wrong and its all going downhill. I can no longer recommend this location.

I go in the morning about 6-6:30 . There will be 5 or 6 workers . They prioritize the drive thru . I always get a decaf . I always have to wait . I can't be the only customer that drinks decaf , hot or cold always waiting .It's ridiculous. Half of them stand around doing nothing . There's always coffee on the floor , the barrels are over flowing with trash . I've seen customers freaking out because the workers ignore them or get everything wrong . I used to go to the Dunks on Eastern Ave in Malden Always clean always got my coffee in 15 seconds . This Saugus location is the slowest and most unorganized I've ever been to .
Screens for the menu were broken. Staff member on the speaker was rude. Barely spoke english. And the coffee is NASTY. Waste of money.

Every time I place an order, I clearly request no sausage on my sandwich, yet it continues to be added. I have a pork allergy, and I always request for it to be left off my sandwich. Despite this, it’s still being included, which is extremely unacceptable. Food allergies need to be taken seriously.This consistent mistake shows a disregard for customer instructions and attention to detail. It’s very disappointing.

Went through drive thru this morning..ordered a bagel sandwich, got to work , two jelly donuts no sandwich. This is not the first time this place screwed up👍🏼 tried to call but no answer

I went to 1204 Broadway saugus dunkin' donuts. I did a mobile order and ordered at the wrong store. I asked the manager nicely could you order me a drink? She said no you have to go to the other store. I said really Starbucks does it he says we don't do that Go to Starbucks I guess I won't go back to dunkin' donuts anymore. Middle-age woman with crooked teeth.
