Inedible food. Not sure why they think it’s appropriate to sell this. Not sure why I keep coming here, it happens every time.

At 7:15 AM ordered breakfast sandwich and large, hot, caramel latte with 2 squirts of caramel. Got to the window and the person repeated the order but didn't mention the caramel. I mentioned caramel twice but got no confirmation. Got rhe food and the drink had a label that said 3 instead of 2 caramel but I accepted it and drove away to work. No caramel taste...must not have stirred the 3 caramel....most of the way through the bitter tasting beverage i realized that there were 0 caramels. I just paid $6 for that bad beverage experience.

Don’t ever go here late at night. The worker made me wait 25 minutes for a matcha, made it wrong, and then walked around holding my card while trying to help other customers. Absolute joke with attitude. I ended up leaving without my matcha, which I paid for.

Man at drive thru was rude said he told me he’d be right with me and I didn’t hear that I said I can’t hear you so I’m coming up and when I got there he said “ I said I would be right back” I said I didn’t hear that and he said I would need to go back I’m by myself . He seemed upset at Dunkin and took it out on me

Went here to grab a coffee last night at 9:30. I ordered a decaf iced coffee, as medically I cannot have caffeine. The coffee was labeled as regular so I went back around to ask them to fix the coffee. Both women on the speaker argued with me that it was decaf and I said I could not risk it, and asked again if they could fix it. They finally said to come up to the window. The woman who made the original coffee came up to the window and said she made it and it was decaf and thrust a different iced coffee at me. I said I needed to know for sure because I cannot have caffeine. She got very aggressive and rude. I explained once more I have a medical condition and she thought it was a good idea to ask me if I wanted a problem and threatened that she would come out and cause bodily harm, then proceeded to tell me she was going to take down my plate number and have the police follow me, all because she made a mistake and did not want to fix it. I finally left, took one sip of the new coffee and it was the most disgusting coffee I have ever had in my life. As a former employee of Dunkin Donuts I would never treat a guest like that and would gladly fix my OWN mistakes. I have been trying to call all morning and no one answers the phone, so tomorrow morning I will be heading down in the morning to file a complaint with the manager for being threatened with bodily harm.

Always solid
It's dunks.... The only issue is have when I go in there, is the Indian woman who is the manager. On 3 separate occasions that I was in there, she was yelling at the employees about something. Seems very unprofessional to me. Or maybe she just speaks loudly....??

This location recently has some staff change, and they can no longer get anything right. My order is constantly wrong and its all going downhill. I can no longer recommend this location.

I go in the morning about 6-6:30 . There will be 5 or 6 workers . They prioritize the drive thru . I always get a decaf . I always have to wait . I can't be the only customer that drinks decaf , hot or cold always waiting .It's ridiculous. Half of them stand around doing nothing . There's always coffee on the floor , the barrels are over flowing with trash . I've seen customers freaking out because the workers ignore them or get everything wrong . I used to go to the Dunks on Eastern Ave in Malden Always clean always got my coffee in 15 seconds . This Saugus location is the slowest and most unorganized I've ever been to .
