This dunkin is usually on point, but the past couple of times I have been here they have fallen short. I had ordered an iced coffee and a donut via mobile app. When I had arrived there was no one in there, but one employee was caught up in conversation with a friend. I waited 10 minutes to get my stuff. When I had received my coffee there was no sugar in it, even though there was supposed to be. I had brought my coffee back to tell them there wasn't any in there and they took it back to put some sugar in my coffee. When I got it back, there was barely any sugar in it at all. I think I'll reconsider coming back to this location in the future.

Awful. The staff was preparing food directly on the counter with no deli paper (a filthy counter I might add). Cross contamination everywhere. It's as if there was zero food safety training. Also the woman making the food was insufferable. She was swearing flipping out. Made my food wrong and then was extremely rude when I asked for it to be fixed. She basically threw it back at me when she was done. I left half of my food there by accident because I was in such shock at her behavior and I literally was afraid to go back because of how rude she was. Do better.

Slowest people by far in the state at this location
Food is usually ok, probably 50%of the time, its depending on who's working.Service is usually great. A few nights a week some of the workers are terrible. Friday nights the Girls are great.Atmosphere is usually decent, most of the employees are great. There's only 1-2 who arent...Wish they would teach all the managers how to help with the dunkin app/ rewards... no one knows anything...
