The drive thru employees are in desperate need of customer service training. Rude from the moment she spoke to take our order. For no reason. It was not busy and we were the only car in line. There was 3 of us ordering so it took some time. The employee barked questions at us and mumbled then was angry we couldn’t hear her clearly. One of our drinks was clearly wrong. A nice lady inside remade it with zero issues. But when the drive thru employee was told it was wrong she shrugged and started laughing. Disappointed

I visited Dunkin’ Donuts in the evening and was helped by Trish, who provided outstanding service. She was not only efficient and professional, but also genuinely friendly and respectful. She made sure my order was perfect and served with a smile, which really brightened my day. It’s rare to meet someone so attentive and courteous, and I truly appreciate her effort.
