I placed a $7.15 order for a coffee and a donut online. It went through because I got the notification from my bank that it charged me the $7.15. I went inside and waited in the mobile order area for about 15 minutes and then asked an employee, Judy, where my order was. She said they did not receive it and told me there was nothing she could do even AFTER i showed her that my account was charged. She was extremely rude, and did not offer any solutions besides reordering and wasting more of my money. I am a broke college student so although $10 may not seem like a lot it is to me. I ended having to leave the location and place an order elsewhere, meaning i spent $20 total on coffee that day. I am very disappointed and unhappy. I come to this establishment every morning but now I will be avoiding it due to Judys lack of customer service. I hope she is talked to and properly trained on customer service and how to act appropriately towards customers. I will be very unhappy and continue to avoid this establishment if there are not consequences. Once again, her name was Judy and she was VERY unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE!

There's a massive Uhaul parked in front of this location. I walked up with another customer and an employee very aggressively says, "We're closed! Ya, that's what all the signs are for, it says we're closed." Talking to us like we're idiots. First off, you can't see the signs because they're blocked by the giant truck, and I googled nearest Dunkin donuts...my GPS sent me here because it is listed as OPEN online. Super rude and condescending woman.
I love dunks but lately no matter which dunks you go to the cups leak. I don't know about you but I really don't want coffee on my clothes. While I really do love their coffee I'm considering becoming a Starbucks girl. They're cups never leak. The employees at dunks must get many complaints and have said to go on line. Dunks has a great many people who biy their coffee but it's getting more than irritating.

Jade & Justin are Awesome. They Welcomed Me In Greeting Me Immediately Even Though They Were Busy, Processed The Order I was Picking Up For My Co-Workers & Helped Me Greatly With Packaging To Protect It So It Wouldn't Spill In My Car When Driving on Route 1. Thank You Guys!!!
