5/5 Ollie the Octopus made it to our table through the war. Out of water, lost two legs, and is developing a lazy eye but he's a trooper.

I ordered Turkey burgers they add bacon n I cant have pork I asked for mayo and ketchup they give me barbecue sauce and ranche so 2 burgers and fries I spend 18$ something I give them tip I spend 20$ and I'm staying with no food tonight last experience in this place 0star

Came in to get food and ice cream with my wife and kids a lot of people in the lobby waiting the manager said they are very shot staffed and it would be a 15 minute wait we decided to wait he said thanks for waiting and being patient as he sat us very friendly staff they do a good job and food was good as well I would come back again.

This place is an absolute mess. It's super dirty and dingy looking. The employees are more concerned with charging there phones then making ice cream and food for customers. I've been waiting for over a half an hour just to sit down. Definitely not coming back to this location or a Friendly's again. 100% ATROCIOUS!!!

Smelled terrible when we walked in, not even like food. No one at the front and no sign so we seated ourselves and the waitress got snotty, " you need to wait to be seated"...we left

Had to wait 20 minutes for a table however, when we got into the dining area there were many empty tables. Overheard our server telling people at the next table there were only 2 servers and several large parties had just left. I believe this because when we got there we saw several little girls dressed up. We also waited a long time for our food. Our server was extremely nice and apologetic. The food was good. We will still go there.

I love friendlys! The food is great, good sized portions and the best fries ever. The service was great, it wasn't too busy so we had fast service. The bathrooms however need an update, they are old and small and haven't changed in 20plus years.

We always used to love going to Friendly's after going yesterday I will never go in our waitress could not be bothered to bring us our stuff I asked her coloring stuff for my daughter never caught it my mother had asked for another soda had to ask for more times then after I meal we waited 45 minutes for our ice cream that we never got because after 45 minutes we got up and left we asked for our check explain to them why we're leaving they never apologize to us for us having a bad experience they made it seem like they were doing us a favor by taking the ice cream off our bill again we never got our ice cream so why would we be charged for something that we never got and then they overcharged us for my daughter's meal and never apologize that we had a bad time I will never go to that Friendly's again the waitress was not friendly there was only about eight tables filled with people and there was like 20 people working and they were all sitting around laughing talking not doing their job it's a shame because Friendly's is one of the few places you can take a child

We are visiting Lynn, Massachusetts from Oregon. When we asked our grandsons where they would like to go out to dinner-they are 7 and 10- they said Friendly's. We had a WONDERFUL experience. The site was very quite clean, the staff very pleasent and helpful. As business picked up there was a small wait time for desserts but not terrible. The portions were excellent and priced fairly. Worst service I've ever experienced. When we walked in there was no one there to seat us for 10 mins. When seated we waited about 25 mins for a waitress to even come to our table. When we finally got our kids food there was no silverware or drinks we had ordered in the beginning. Waited another 20 for ice creams. We watched people get up and leave, looking for management to pay their bills & the couple behind us was also waiting about 20 mins before anyone went to their table. Food was frozen and cold , place was filthy. Never again would I return just awful! It wasn't even busy!
