We went one last time before closing. It was my kids favorite place when they were little, many memories there. We ordered chicken nacho, chicken sandwich combo and cheeseburger combo plus Oreo cookies milkshake and chocolate chip cookies. We played games as well like old times. We will miss you!
I visited this restaurant on 12/19/23. The ordered food was delicious and fresh. The man behind the counter was courteous, and the food prep was timely. I love the red car that patrons can sit in and enjoy a meal. Unfortunately the last day for this establishment is 12/23/23, go there and try the food and say good bye.

This location will be closing by the end of the month so last weekend I made the trip to the restaurant to eat there one last time. For my meal I had a hamburger with a side order of onion rings and a ginger ale from their self-service beverage area. The food was just as delicious as it always has been with my hamburger cooked exactly to my liking and my onion rings hot and crispy. The fresh toppings bar was clean and well stocked with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, cheese sauce and other condiments. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean. The service was great as usual. This Fuddruckers location has been in business for 35 years and it's sad to see it go. They do have one other location in the state which is out in Reading and from what I understand some of the workers here will be being moved to their other location. I look forward to one day visiting their other location.

Sorry to see it go. The Saugus location is the best of any of the Fuddruckers I've visited. Far superior taste/experience to all. I'm not a burger person but every few months I desire a burger & this is my one and only go to. Thanks for giving me my fix all these yrs. ?
This is my go-to spot for custom deluxe burgers, period.The portions are healthy, the service is great, And the food is well known for it's great signature taste. Weather dine-in or take-way, you'll get the same great food, same great service.I give five ????? more of allowed.

This location is closing Dec 20, 2023. I've never had an issue with service here. The burgers and shakes are good. There's a "toppings station" with things like lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, etc. The only thing I don't like is that these toppings are just exposed all day and it gets messy because so many people are using the area.

Ive been coming here for over 10 years and it really saddens me to hear of the closure. The Massachusetts rent situation has taken many things from me, but this may be the worst. The saga can continue at Jordan's but the Saugus location has always been good to me. Good people and good food. Will be missed.
