I've made Hooters my travel tradition before heading to the airport, I travel every month, I was at the location 2 days ago and the service was a whole nother thing!! When I presented my driver's license to the server she said that my Puerto Rico license, WITH REAL ID ( which is a clearly known US territory) was not valid and that it wasn't manager approved. She requested my passport which I had never had to present anywhere in my US travels, since I'm an US citizen. After I presented an US passport she said she had to run it through the manager. It got to a point where you feel being profiled by the staff. Then it was just a never ending rush for me to order, eat, and leave! Two nights ago, at the same location I had a server that even tried to speak (not so great) spanish but her service was awesome, she wanted to be our server! Today I believe I got Keira which her main concern was if we were US citizens over 21 or not. Will most definitely not be going back to this location!

First, rules of all you can eat wings and fries:
M-W all day, No take home bags, first order is ten wings of two flavors, following orders are 6 wings with 1 flavor, must be eating continuously with no breaks, order next order when served current order, must choose either boneless or bone in for the whole meal.
These wings are very small, I downed 34. The first order was quite flabby, no crispiness, had to order extra crispy and then they were perfect. The sauces are disappointingly, obviously, diluted, and weak in flavor, and the heat levels are an absolute joke. I am not into spiciness at all and the medium had no heat, the hot had a tiny bit of heat, and the three mile island was a tiny bit spicy. A total joke, anyone who likes spice will be very disappointed, it's pretty much non-existent because the sauces are so diluted. The curly fries were more like broken up curves and had the consistency of Styrofoam. She said they were the only option as a side. Still, 15 dollars is a pretty good deal. Service was pleasant, place was clean and pleasant with air conditioning.

I went there with a group of queer friends for a birthday party and we had such a fun time! The waitresses were really kind and very good at their job. I'd honestly go back just because the prices were that good too!

Placed an online order...when I picked it up, the order was wrong and it took over 30 minutes to be corrected, with still one item they were "out of". Asked manager why it took an hour total to get the order correct, and he responded, "I'm not sure. It's slow tonight too." He took my name and number and said someone would get back to within a few days- he said he couldn't do anything and he had to give the information to his manager. Still waiting on management to get back to me and it's been almost 3 weeks. I've called 3 times and spoke to 2 different managers- they keep telling me they are escalating the issue but they can't do anything. No word yet...too bad because I'm a regular customer. 😢

The hostesses and the servers were wonderful. Very accommodating and kind, if I only gave my rating based on them and the food it would be a 4.5. It’s pretty good bar food. However, the manager, Ricardo, was terrible. He was rude, he spilled a cocktail on my bag and didn’t bother to ask if he could help clean it up after he looked directly at it. Once a friend in our group pointed this out he went on to say he didn’t notice, which was a lie, but even if he didn’t he still didn’t bother to apologize or ask if there was anything he could do once it was brought to his attention. Furthermore, Ricardo the manager went on to berate our waitress in front of myself and a friend because she asked him a question about merchandise when she wasn’t sure of the answer, and she simply wanted him to confirm. The staff has been great every time I’ve come into this location and I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years, but Ricardo’s behavior was simply rude, not hospitable, and unprofessional.
