I had a very unpleasant experience at this Hooters location, mainly because of the manager, Eddie. His attitude was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Instead of addressing issues calmly and respectfully, he made the situation worse with his behavior and lack of customer care.
Customer service here was far below expectations. There was no effort to resolve problems or make guests feel welcome. The overall environment felt disorganized, and management clearly does not prioritize customer satisfaction.
Hooters is supposed to be about good service and a positive atmosphere, but this location completely missed the mark. With management like this, it’s hard to recommend this place to anyone. I won’t be coming back.

Today we visited Hooters in Saugus to have a beer. This is a place we have been coming to for many years, but unfortunately today’s experience was extremely disappointing.
A manager named Eddie treated us in a very disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional manner. His attitude was arrogant and condescending, as if we were guests there because of him, not paying customers. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a manager.
It is truly disappointing that a well-known and reputable establishment like Hooters allows someone with such poor manners and lack of professionalism to represent their brand. Because of this experience, the Saugus Hooters has now been added to the list of places we will never visit again.

Unfortunately, my experience at Hooters was very negative. In particular, the behavior of the manager, Eddie, was completely unprofessional. He did not know how to speak to customers and acted rudely and dismissively.
I tried to calmly explain the issue, but instead of resolving the situation, he avoided responsibility and offered no real help. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a manager and seriously damages the restaurant’s overall image.
The service was slow, communication was poor, and the overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable. For a well-known brand like Hooters, this level of management and customer treatment is a major disappointment.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location. I hope management takes these issues seriously and ensures a more respectful approach toward customers.
