We got food poisoning from the large bun, which seemed to be the only freshly made item. The other dumplings seemed like frozen potstickers. I was hoping this place would be good like the older reviews but no luck.

Took 2 hrs to get our food. It was cold and the chicken was greasy. This is the 2nd time and the last time. Don’t recommend at all. 🤢🤮🤢

Honestly, one of the nastiest experiences I’ve had with Food delivery in a long time. I work a desk job and I cannot leave the desk. I asked the deliver driver to come inside. He told me “no, You can come outside.” Which is impossible with my desk job, I asked him again nicely. He stomped his feet over to where the entryway was and complained that he couldn’t find the door. He finally comes inside the building huffing and puffing, so I gave him the money .Then, when I told him the money was there, he counted it and Swore at me in Chinese. I won’t order from there again and I’ll make sure to let all my coworkers know about this experience since we order like five times a week.

Have ordered multiple times, food is good but delivery is terrible. Delays of an hour are common, and on several occasions have had food delivered by a driver from them and not Uber eats
Great General Gao chicken combo, very good price

Have been coming here for a while. Food quality has sharply decreased. Our last order was not edible and they forgot many items. We couldn’t finish our meal. This place has always been very expensive but now it just isn’t worth it.

Do not order from here. Have ordered from this place many times in the past - and it is not cheap! For whatever reason I received my order tonight, and it was a disaster. We were missing an order of spring rolls, entrees had absolutely no flavor, and the entree sauces were the consistency of water - gross. Called and the restaurant said they could give us a credit ($8) for the missing spring rolls to apply to our next order, but couldn’t help us with anything else. Horrible customer service, and will not be using that credit.

Today, my wife told me that she wanted to have some good Chinese food, so we decided to explore a good Chinese restaurant. We came across a restaurant called The Dumpling Garden in Saugus, and we went there to try their food. It was the best experience we’ve had so far. I fully recommend it, and the staff there is very friendly. You should definitely go and try it!
They literally give you one piece of chicken wing one piece crab rangoon and some rice on side like kids meal and they charge you 30 bucks .......

This was my favorite restaurant in all of greater Boston, I went religiously at least once a week essentially paying this places rent. Friends and family got me gift card here every holiday it was truly a staple in my home. They recently had to shut down due to a water main issue, and even then I drove over an hour round trip to visit their other locations which are both great still. However when this location reopened there were new owners. Everything has changed. The rice is awful and tastes almost stale, soggy sushi, everything tastes three days old. And most disappointing was my soup dumplings. Those were my favorite on the menu and my favorite soup dumplings in the area as they were clearly homemade with love and delicious. Now they are visibly factory made, frozen soup dumplings. Like someone else said here, not even the good frozen soup dumplings. I have yet to go back to the other locations as I was afraid to waste the money and be disappointed again. One can only hope. Do not go to this location, however do try out the store front in Danvers I still have hope for them.

The service was excellent, nothing took too long everyone was so nice! The food was delicious we got crab Rangoon to start. My husband said it was the best sushi he's ever had, he got a simpler spicy salmon maki. The restaurant is such a great vibe as well. LOVED this place cannot wait to go back
Why do they always complain when you ask for more sauce? I spent $85 ask for more Ginger sauce and got to look like I didn't spend any money

Horrible experience.
Skimp portions. Expensive for what we got. Terrible service - no one here and I guess for good reason.
We were served in plastic utensils for a sit down meals. Definitely won’t be coming back and would recommend you don’t either.
Very disappointed.
