Worst service. Food cold. Unappreciative PSM named Flor and our server Alejandra was more worried about talking in her foreign language and dancing. I know it’s the day after Christmas. And it’s not even busy in here.

1st I want to point out, I have never had a bad service from ihop. Today, on christmas day was a whole different ball game.I get it, it was busy, it was christmas Day.
Here comes the problem. We ordered drinks and meal. Our waitress did not come back to check on us or to apologize for the delay in our food being delivered to our table. she was talking to her coworkers instead of checking on her customers. We had to flag her down after 45 minutes this was before our meals were delivered to our table for refills. She never came by and apologized for the wait all she was doing was talking to coworkers.
Now comes our meal. She brought out English muffins, bacon, home fries. They were cold. We had to flag her down again informed her the items were cold and we wanted them sent back. She had to check with her manager. She took them back. Our waitress then brought out one main dish. We asked to bring back to the kitchen and put it under the warmer till the rest of food was completed (which she did). She informed us the rest of the meals will be out shortly. The orders were all brought out at once. The bacon came back tough to eat, hashbrowns, and omlet were cold and presentation was definitely lacking. Again, I get it it was christmas Day. There were families that received there meals much faster than we received ours. They arrived after us. Presentation of their food was good. Waiters and waitresses were checking in on there customer. Not ours. We spoke with the manager. She apologized. Worse service and food ever.

I brought my two granddaughters to IHOP on 12/13/2025. We were hoping for a wonderful experience until when we got there and got seated there were coffee servers all over the table. My elder granddaughter (12 ) complain that her burger was almost freezing as much as my omelet was. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for milk for my coffee. I asked 3 different servers for it and only one of them gave it to me. Worst food I’ve EVER tasted. So you guys should not expect to see me back there EVER again.Sorry not sorry.

Our sever Ana was rushing us out she snatched my card out of my hand I just got it out of my wallet and she grabbed it from my hand before I even handed it to her she kept making comments in Spanish to her friends which we understood saying she didn't care for being the bad guy she kept rushing us it was the worst experience ever. At first we had a different server Pamela she was great she made us feel welcome, Ana was rude short and condescending

11:00 pm I was hungry , I ordered from food for pick up … I got in my truck and let me tell you I COULDN'T WAIT TO EAT… I was exited and hungry for some reason I was craving some pancakes at this time at night so here I am picking up my food, happy … I walk in .. I got told me my food is cancelled ????? What ? Why ! It was paid ! U guys closed at 1 am … man … disappointed. Now here I am … eating some crappy cheese burger . Bad job .

Walked in to pick up an online order aswell as another person who was in there before me. The lady working was quick to get us out saying they have a party of 60 and don’t know if the food is going to be done, she said it with an attitude aswell which I get it if you have a lot of people in the store but that doesn’t give you the right to treat any other customer with any less respect. Another thing is it would be nice to be notified of that before driving to go pick it up for the estimating pick up time. Thankfully Grubhub was able to cancel my order after leaving. This review is not necessarily for the entire place but more for the employees poor attitude about the situation.

IHop is one of my favorite places to go when im in the US.
Food was good, only issue was that the eggs Benedict were hard cooked and not runny. Very tasty otherwise

We were traveling thru Saugus last Sunday and my daughter (12) left her purse in our booth. We didn’t realize it until we were over an hour away 🤦🏽♀️. I called the store they verified they had it and held it for us. When we got back they took steps to verify what was in it before releasing it (no ID in it) and all her money was still there! It’s nice to know there are still good honest people out there.

Terrible setup. They only had one person acting as both host and waiter, which made the service painfully slow. We had to wait far too long just to be helped. The food was nothing special and definitely not worth the high prices — very disappointing for what we paid. The so-called “Banana French Toast” was underwhelming and tasted cheap. On top of that, the kids’ drinks were ridiculously tiny, especially the milkshakes. Overall, poor service, overpriced food, and not worth the visit.
