The place is really slow, took about 20 minutes to get a cold sub and the place wasn't busy, the person making the food just keeps talking to their friends that keep coming in. And on top of that they're out of everything that people are asking for. Seems really poorly managed

I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s when it’s made right I ordered the number nine with jalapeños Mike’s way, and it came with no jalapeños and no oil vinegar or spices. I also ordered a unsweetened iced tea and they sent a sweet tea which I’m diabetic and can’t have sweet tea. It was through Uber eats and I was only credited half of what it cost for the tea.
