The Donuts are great! The service and the people who work there absolutely suck. If you wanna be ignored then this is the place for you. Again, the donuts are the best but the service...Horrible.
I broke my ankle and visited the Saigus location in crutches, and the staff were very kind enough to bring my delicious donuts and most magnificent breakfast sandwiches to my car for me.
Don't ever ask for assistance from Kanes! I have been requesting video footage for 2 weeks with the assistance of Saugus police. My car was stolen on Easter. They have not responded to anyone.
Massachusetts institution, no debate. I love dunks but Kanes super seeds all in the donut category.

They have a great selection of donuts. The creme brulee is by far my favorite. The coffee is okay, nothing to write home about but great donuts for sure.

I’m someone who often visits local gourmet donut shops both at home and when traveling and this is one of my top picks when visiting the area! They have great donuts and specifically an awesome selection of gluten free donuts. The GF donuts are probably one of the best I’ve tried. I believe it was the owner who was there when we were and offered the child who was with us a free hat which was awesome. Will definitely be back

Kane’s donuts are the best! They’re fresh and huge and they always have a great selection of standards and seasonal options. I even saw a giant tray of gluten free options. The staff is always super friendly!

I was complaining about giving me a wrong order and the person was so high tempred and he didn’t even apologized and hang up the phone on me. I don’t know what’s going on. I hope that will be taken care of. We don’t need to see emotions while you’re working we all have a problems.

OMG, AMAZING donuts. Personally I like donuts but I don't like them too sweet. This was my first time trying this place thanks to my colleague, and they really did a great job at highlighting the appropriate flavors by making the donut base less sweet. The Boston creme donut was FILLED with creme and I absolutely loved it. Also really enjoyed the jelly donuts and fritters. Was impressed how they were able to make the outside with a thin layer of crunchiness without losing the softness inside. Very well-done. Technically donuts are fried doughs and personally I had found it hard to maintain the soft moist inside if I had wanted to make it crunchy outside (tends to get dry or too oily). These folks are real donut experts. They were high quality donuts. Would high recommend. And apparently per their website, this particular location is the "original", now almost 70 years ("since 1955"). Pretty impressive 👍.

I may not eat donuts every day, but if you are going to have one every once in a while, make it a Kane's. If you want to be the hero at work, stop by Kane's on your way in and grab a box for your team. They won't forget it!

I remember Kanes before it expanded and although they are a staple to the community, I miss the old vibe. I visit less frequent because the crowd isn't local and it feels so different. The donuts are delicious as always and the fact that they are made fresh, makes it worthwhile to buy. I call ahead, pick up and then leave. I use to sit in there for 90 minutes
Dietary restrictions: It's wonderful that gluten free exists because my daughter in-law is allergic to wheat. It opens the customer base more
