This place is absolutely terrible. The staff are so unorganized and inconsiderate. Also not clean. My food took very long when the restaurant was not even full. I placed a pick up order 2 hrs ahead of time and when I got there it was 20 mins past the scheduled time and they hadn’t even touched my slip. I was having a good day so decided to sit down and eat and that was a very big mistake. I don’t recommend this place at all

I read great reviews about this place, and we needed a place to eat because we were on vacation. We waited for 20 minutes, then left. We never got seated or even got batted an eye at. I never even got to try the food.

I went at this place Tuesday Jun 2024,we was 5 me at my cousins.The customer representative was a discriminated person,He let us stay stand up about 2 mn,at this moment the place was empty,no customer,to serve us a seat,after I he didn’t give us Water,we call him to ask :can you give us some water please? He said :ok Abou 5 minutes after he didn’t bring us any water yet,and we call him again,at this moment another guy, was coming ,he brings us the water and we placed the order. It’s not possible,5 people come to enjoy a good moment at the place,and the guy welcome us like that.we will never come back again at this place.

I placed an order through Uber Eats and planned on picking it up. Within about 10 seconds I wanted to modify my order and add more items, however, my order was canceled and I was charged the full amount. I contacted Uber and they refused my refund claiming the restaurant denies it, and that I had to reach out to the restaurant and see if they can still make my order. I called the restaurant spoke with them, but they refused to prepare my order although they were paid! It is very disappointing and unfair to have to pay for something, yet, never get it. I spoke very kindly and explained the situation, the only thing they gave me: sorry that you had to go through that, but your order was canceled and we can’t refund you. P.S. money was taken from my account and I was charged the full amount and never received my order.

Honestly, this is a great place. If you want a good seafood boil the staff honestly are pretty nice and make sure everything is OK and check up on everything. I always feel so full and the sauce is really good and you can pick from what level of heat you would like the fries are so good as well !! I haven’t really tried any other items, but I’m guessing they’re good as well

I really love this place. The bad reviews regarding takeout/customer service are concerning and I hope I never experience that. I’ve never dined in. I usually order snow crab to-go on Uber Eats and I pick it up, I find that to be a good deal. I’ve enjoyed all my orders, I thought the seafood tasted nice and the seasoning was great.

DO NOT ORDER OR GO HERE!!! If you want an incomplete order while they take your money then go there! It's a shady establishment and I'm not sure why they still exist! And when you call to complain, they acknowledge the issue then hang up and never pickup again. The food is crappy as well...YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE! Best to find a decent better seafood boil restaurant than this piece of crap!
