Uber Eats BE AWARE!!
I placed an order through Uber Eats and planned on picking it up. Within about 10 seconds I wanted to modify my order and add more items, however, my order was canceled and I was charged the full amount. I contacted Uber and they refused my refund claiming the restaurant denies it, and that I had to reach out to the restaurant and see if they can still make my order. I called the restaurant spoke with them, but they refused to prepare my order although they were paid! It is very disappointing and unfair to have to pay for something, yet, never get it. I spoke very kindly and explained the situation, the only thing they gave me: sorry that you had to go through that, but your order was canceled and we can’t refund you. P.S. money was taken from my account and I was charged the full amount and never received my order.

Honestly, this is a great place. If you want a good seafood boil the staff honestly are pretty nice and make sure everything is OK and check up on everything. I always feel so full and the sauce is really good and you can pick from what level of heat you would like the fries are so good as well !! I haven’t really tried any other items, but I’m guessing they’re good as well

I really love this place. The bad reviews regarding takeout/customer service are concerning and I hope I never experience that. I’ve never dined in. I usually order snow crab to-go on Uber Eats and I pick it up, I find that to be a good deal. I’ve enjoyed all my orders, I thought the seafood tasted nice and the seasoning was great.

DO NOT ORDER OR GO HERE!!! If you want an incomplete order while they take your money then go there! It's a shady establishment and I'm not sure why they still exist! And when you call to complain, they acknowledge the issue then hang up and never pickup again. The food is crappy as well...YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE! Best to find a decent better seafood boil restaurant than this piece of crap!

We were coming from the beach, and had ordered to pick up food. By the time we arrived, we realized we were going to need to sit down to eat due to nap time, and my wife being 9 months pregnant (she is due today, July 4th). At the door, I offered to leave a tip if we could take a table, but they said they would not allow us. Even though the place was 80% empty. The venue looks nice, and I'm sure the food is great, but I wish they would pay a little more attention to accommodating people, rather than sticking to simplistic policies.
