Had an appointment and still had to wait over an hour and a half for a TRIM!! No wash, no blow dry! Was charged $25 for a trim! I need to go to another salon to get it done again. No apology from anyone at the salon for the wait. They just kept telling me 5 more minutes, 5 more minutes... NEVER GOING BACK EVER!! Not me or anyone in my family. DONE!
Nikki is the best hairdresser I have ever had. She does what I ask; I never leave unless it's perfect. And she has been cutting my son's hair since he was very small and he had SUCH sensory issues, no one could cut his hair but me... she is A-MAZING. Highly recommend anyone from this shop. Everyone is fabulous and so warm.

This is ridiculous place, my wife was thier regular customer for years... She got her hair done and color, used to takes about 1h45 minutes,,,, i've waiting for her from 5pm to now 8h04pm for her hairs highlight,,, i know takes long for highlight,,, but not more than 3 hours,, problem here, she keeps working on 3 customers,,, and 2 left and my wife still just hair dryblowing ... Tooooo bad experience.
