Possibly the worst McDonalds on the planet. How is possible to screw up the french fries ?? One person seemed to be doing all the work while the rest stood around looking surely. AVOID !!

Got a Breakfast to go with hotcakes and the girl at the window forgot my maple syrup. So I had nothing when I got to work and she almost forgot to give me my hash browns. Same thing all the time when I come to the drive through whether at Saugus our jn Burlington to make sure I get what I need and have to check before leaving

girl at drive through argued with me when I asked for spicy mccrispy with no pickles (she refused and said it didnt come with pickles and that i wanted deluxe. i didnt want the deluxe I stated I wanted just the chicken and spicy sauce) and then changed my order to delux as I drove up. she did not choose the meal option on another thing when we asked for it and then did not help when we wanted to fix this. super rude and laughed at us loud enough we could hear it. didnt put up a sign to drive up to next window but acted mad when we waited at first window like normal. overall we felt really confused and upset because they made us feel bad and got the order wrong too.

2nd time this week that I caught then stealing $ from the change that they are supposed to give back in the drive through so pay attention to the $ ur supposed to get back and ask for ur reciepts

Why are none of these places giving the monopoly pieces I order from the specific menu. I dont get it on the cup I don't get it on the fries ever for both. I only get it on the nuggets and that's when they don't put the nuggets in a bag. It sure feels like these places are not using the monopoly products and using their old stock.

Literally the worst McDonald's we've been to. They got our order wrong so two trips through the drive through.Half of our fries were literally raw. There was hair in two burgers, and they made everything wrong. I really didn't think they could have done worse trying to.. Wow, just wow.
Terrible service! The employee was very rude and clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers. I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. Truly unacceptable — I won’t be coming back to this McDonald’s.

This is a busy McDonalds on a very busy highway, so I was not at all surprised to find a line at 12:30 pm. However, when I got back to my hotel a few minutes later, my food was completely cold. It was not room temperature, it was literally cold as if it had been refrigerated or under an air conditioning vent. I am not sure how that happened. Perhaps due to the long line of drive through customers, they started staging the food away from the warmers and it sat out for a while before I made it to the window.

It's not that hard to put all of my items in the bag. The order is right in front of your face. It says I ordered a specific item on the receipt so why isn't it in the bag? It's pure laziness and carelessness. Always an issue here.
