Got a Breakfast to go with hotcakes and the girl at the window forgot my maple syrup. So I had nothing when I got to work and she almost forgot to give me my hash browns. Same thing all the time when I come to the drive through whether at Saugus our jn Burlington to make sure I get what I need and have to check before leaving

This is a busy McDonalds on a very busy highway, so I was not at all surprised to find a line at 12:30 pm. However, when I got back to my hotel a few minutes later, my food was completely cold. It was not room temperature, it was literally cold as if it had been refrigerated or under an air conditioning vent. I am not sure how that happened. Perhaps due to the long line of drive through customers, they started staging the food away from the warmers and it sat out for a while...

Food is standard McDonald's, but I like the staff who are friendly, the manager is usually around in the mornings making sure everybody is happy, and it's nice to sit there with glass windows.
