Absolutely atrocious service at this McDonald’s. I placed my order on a Friday night, expecting standard fast food timing — but instead, I waited 45 minutes and never even got my food.
Waited 30 mins for someone to come to the drive thru. Placed an order for mocha frappe and a sprite. Went up to the window - cashier proceeds to tell me mocha frappe machine is down and I said it’s fine just give me the sprite. Once I got up to the second window - waited over 10 mins and no one showed up so I just drove off without getting a drink I paid for. Unacceptable service.
Let that sink in: FORTY-FIVE. MINUTES. For McDonald’s.
What makes it worse? No apology. No explanation. Just chaos behind the counter, rude staff avoiding eye contact, and confused customers everywhere wondering where their orders were. I get that Friday nights can be busy, but this was total disorganization and indifference.
If you can’t handle basic operations — like taking an order and fulfilling it — then shut the place down. This is not a restaurant, it’s a time-wasting black hole of frustration and hunger. No wonder the drive thru line is in complete disarray.

I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget with fries and the new Minecraft toy since the movie just came out and when I opened the toy, it was a grimace egg and it said it was from the Minecraft movie such a scam
I asked for the happy meal with the toy. They asked me what that was. I was very confused so I just said the 10 PC chicken meal with the Minecraft toy. They said okay. I got to the window got the giant box with a giant message on it saying toy inside. Got home to give to my son, no toy.

I recently visited the McDonald's at 127 Broadway in Saugus, and unfortunately, it was one of the dirtiest fast food establishments I've ever encountered. I had to stay because the kids really wanted McDonald's, but I was taken aback by the state of the dining facility. Not only was the trash overflowing, but there were also mice running around, which is utterly unacceptable in any dining environment.
None of the tables were clean, making it an uncomfortable experience to try and enjoy a meal. This is definitely not the McDonald's we used to love as kids. The overall hygiene and cleanliness of this location are severely lacking, and it detracts from the McDonald's brand's reputation. I left without wanting to stay any longer.
I hope management addresses these issues quickly to ensure a better experience for future customers.
Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere was definitely kid-friendly, with a lively vibe and a menu full of their favorite foods. It's a great spot for families looking to grab a quick meal together! The only problem, it’s not clean.
