Delish, fresh food.... they even called before making my order to ensure they were getting it the way I wanted. The steak tip bowl was delicious and big enough for 2 meals! Will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a steak tip salad and specifically asked for no red onions, no tomatoes, and no peppers. When I picked it up and returned to work, I found that all the ingredients I asked to be removed were still on it.
I called the shop and they apologized and agreed to remake the salad. When I went back, they were kind and even offered me a free soda, which I appreciated.
However, when I got home and opened the new salad, I realized they had simply flipped the original salad upside down, leaving all the toppings I didn’t want underneath. It was disappointing, especially because I order from here all the time and usually have a great experience.
I’m not sure why this happened, but it was really frustrating.

Nick pizza special the one and Saugus it’s the worst place ever to order pizza.my daughter was ordering a large pizza yesterday he took two hours to get delivered she called the store manager he hung up on my daughter because the pizza was missing a slice she tried to explain the problem instead to be apologies he hung up is phone that’s very disrespectful for a manager to acting like that.I will never order anything at nick pizza again

First time ordering from here and everything I got was delicious. The spinach pie is to die for. The calzone was cooked perfectly. We also got ravioli which came with garlic bread. Delivery was fast too.

Don't know how this place doesn't have a higher rating. Always consistently fresh food. I have used them for catering numerous times. They are friendly and do things right.
Overcharged me $15 more for a small steak tip and cheese calzone That I already was paying $25 for. I would not recommend.

Ordered a small calzone was given the incorrect order. Called back and manager refused to correct my mistake said I had to come back and pay for another calzone in place of the other one I paid for. Asked to speak to the owner and was told he won’t be in and wouldn’t let me know when he would be in. Told me it was my fault for their mistake. Don’t order from them

Too bad I couldn't give it zero stars. This is definitely not the Nick's a lot of us grew up on. Trust me they are deceiving, the quality of the food drastically decreases when items are part of a special. I am sick and tired of the up and down service as well. I know I've had it. I make a very simple order at least 3 timed it's been wrong. How do you forget that the cyst
