Ordered a small calzone was given the incorrect order. Called back and manager refused to correct my mistake said I had to come back and pay for another calzone in place of the other one I paid for. Asked to speak to the owner and was told he won’t be in and wouldn’t let me know when he would be in. Told me it was my fault for their mistake. Don’t order from them

Ordered 2 medium calzone which the size is great for the price the first steak and cheese was delicious and will hopefully order again but the honey bbq chicken was disgusting and had to be thrown away it looked raw and the taste was horrible one bite and the rest got trashed so this was first time ordering from there

This is a nice diner to get good food at. When I came in for breakfast, they were not busy at all and I was seated right away. The menu is huge and extensive so it took me a while to read through it. But I ended up ordering the smoked salmon cream cheese bagel and it was great. It was a good amount of salmon and a good amount of cream cheese while the bagel was toasted perfectly.

Customer service is awful, didn't even get to order. The guy was yelling at me the whole phone call, and I could not understand anything he was saying, also rushing me, when I was trying to explain i had some food allergies and needed it a certain way. I ended up canceling my order and hanging up on him, lost my business.Maybe take a class on Customer service or don't own a business.

I've been going to nicks for the last 15 years or so. Today Is the last time. I'm not sure if ownership has changed, but something has in the last year or so. Tonight we ordered a small cheese, fries, grilled chicken sandwich and a chicken kabob sub. The pizza and fries were not even lukewarm. The chicken kabob, which has always been my favorite at nicks, was horrible. I mean really disgusting. Both my chicken as well as my husband's, was water logged, our rolls disintegrated from it. Everything was completely flavorless. Initially I was very disappointed in the size, it was the smallest chicken kabob I've ever received by far. Now I'm glad it was so small, since I couldn't eat it anyway. Go somewhere else and spend your money.
Went to Nick’s Place in Newmarket NH, phenomenal. Roast beef was awesome AND I was surprised with fries on the house with my Roast Beef. Highly recommended

So this was a pretty amazing find. Menu is massive! Will be returning to explore all the foods. Staff, Owner very patient with a southerner that's overwhelmed with the selection. They love to talk food from all over the world and it shows in what they produce.
