Everytime my boyfriend and I get here we regret it and wish we had just gone to our regular place down the street Nicky's Pizza Time. The food at Nick's Place SUCKS beyond belief and leaves me disappointed everytime I attempt to give this place another shot.

Unfortunately they came short a large sub was about a six inch subway sub not much to slit for two .the waffle fries with cheese and bacon is not a delivery item hard cheese . Took them an hour for delivery and I live in Saugus. First time and last time

I got a large steak and cheese calzone with green peppers and onions.OMFG! It was 36 bucks, and this thing was enough to feed six people.Added extra American cheese and topped it with a little bit of provalone..OUTSTANDING!!

I just ordered a roast beef and the bread was soaked in blood from all angles. I called the manager and he just said that I looked at the beef and it doesn’t look bloody. I won’t be ordering roast beef from here again.

Ordered the steak tip dinner with a salad and rice as a side. The salad came with a pita bread and was huge! The rice was good and steak tips were good nothing to rave about but decent. Next time I go I would try something else to eat, but I will be going back to try something different. I ordered take out and the order took about 10 minutes to cook. Good service!

I ordered for the first time here. The food is great!! Great value, too. I got a large cheese pizza and a steak tip dinner. The container was full of chunky tips, rice pilaf, and steamed broccoli. ( See pic) Most places give only a few thin slices of beef. Not here. Tips cut and cooked as they should be. They have a new customer in me. ?
I was a fan of this place before but the last 3 times all took an hour, the food was cold. and the order has been wrong all 3 times. I ordered a cheeseburger sub with added bacon . I just got a bacon sub with no hamburger.

We ordered the egg salad sub, tuna sandwich, and corn chowder. All of it was beautifully prepared and served for dine-in. Prices are standard, or what you would expect. It's a solid mid-upper-tier place to eat.

They improved so much over the years. One of the best pizzas in Saugus. Great salads, good apps and other dishes. Most of the warm subs are kind of "eh" though, other than the steak and cheese.
