I got some takeout and the food has really gone down hill. The food is not the same as I remember. Really a waste of money. I would not return to this restaurant. They don't care about customer service.

I love this place, everything on the menu that I've tried over the past 20 years has been great. It's always freshly made to order with a smile. Your money is well spent at this great family owned and run restaurant. Five stars!.

This spot has always had really good food. Unfortunately, I think people often drive by because of the location. Also, they were closed for awhile, and I didn't realize that they had reopened. To tell you the truth, a lot of the Chinese food I've had from other places lately has been very disappointing. So we were thrilled to see that they had reopened and their food has actually improved since last time we ordered, pre-pandemic! My husband and I ordered an appetizer sampler, sesame chicken and pork fried rice. Everything was crispy, all the right flavors and fresh. I really hope people don't just drive by to the other very overrated spot on Route 1. Out of Asia has taken precautions for social distancing in their establishment and are reasonably priced. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I'm sure I've reviewed Out of Asia before. Been going there regularly for the past 15 years. I think that says more about the place than anything I can write. When my wife and I walk in, we are greeted by name and directed to our usual booth. The service is fast, friendly and attentive. The food is fantastic, way better than the big Asian restaurant on Route 1 Saugus. They also have great takeout and delivery. Everything is good so order what you like but be sure to get the shrimp wrapped in bacon, over the top good!

I loved this place! I came here off of a recommendation when I was craving Chinese food and it hit the spot. Our group ordered a huge variety of options on the menu and there wasn't anything I didn't like. I'd say the fried rice, some chIcken wings, and sweet and sour chicken were my favorite. Definitely make a trip to Out of Asia if you like Chinese food.

This restaurant is located on the northbound side of route one in Saugus. I was driving along and I was craving Chinese food so when I noticed this place along the side of the road I figured why not try it out. They offer lunch combination plates from noon until 4 PM so I opted for a lunch special. I got the 1.A. lunch combination which comes with Boneless Spareribs, Chicken Wings, Beef Teriyaki and Crab Rangoon. I don't care for spareribs so my server allowed me to switch the spareribs out for some chicken fingers instead which was nice. The lunch specials come with a choice of white rice, pork fried rice or garlic noodles so I went with the pork fried rice and it was very tasty as were the appetizer items that came in the meal that I ordered. The dining room was large enough to accommodate a good amount of people but at the time that I was there I only saw one other party dining which kind of surprised me because the food was so delicious and the service was so great. I am hoping to get another chance to stop in here sometime as I really did enjoy the meal that I had.

How does a little place like this do so well right down the street from Kowloon? By doing almost everything better. While you cannot see a comedy show, and I will always adore the Saugus Wings and Chicken Fingers at Kowloon, Out of Asia beats them everywhere else. The General's Chicken and Emperor's Beef are outstanding. I also love their Peking Ravioli and their green beans with pork. Just delicious every time!

This place is a poor mans Kowloons. I'd like to think I know good Chinese food and have been to many good (and bad) places. This place is totally average. We ordered food for New Years and I was not impressed, at all. The crab rangoons tasted like they were microwaved, not fresh at all. The sauce on the General Gau chicken was extremely bland, and the chicken itself also did not taste fresh. The rice was the worst, tasted like it been out for a day or two. The prices here are relatively cheap for a reason, the quality isn't very high. If you're looking for quick cheap food to satisfy a drunk night out, this is your place. If you want good Chinese food for an occasion, don't go here. Kowloons is a much better option.

the luncheon specials of this establishment are amazing the price and quality and portion size all are on point ! When doing delivery they were slightly late to the order but when I came in and did sit down service the restaurant is very simple but my kids loved the fish tank and I enjoyed the bar right next to it lol

I'm a huge chinese food fan. I stumbled upon this place on my way home from work yesterday. Ordered a white mai tai and chicken pad thai (spicy). The Pad Thai was very tasteful and delicious. Service was great as well. My only complaint is their white mai tai was all sour mix with little to maybe even no alcohol in it and they were $10. I have no problem paying $10 for a drink but at least put some alcohol in it. After receiving the check I noticed the owner was my server which explains the great service and lack of alcohol in there drink. I enjoy my chinese food with a cocktail so I unfortunately wont be back but I would recommend their food.

The food was delicious and ready in a timely manner, the service was excellent, the ambiance was quiet and relaxed, and the prices were modest. In all a very solid restaurant.

If you like Pho Soup and you think you've had the best, well then you haven't tried Out of Asia in Saugus, MA. The food is awesome too, but my favorite is the soup which is a meal in itself. Delicious
