I arrived at the Panera Bread in Saugus, MA at 10:40am trying to order breakfast sandwich and was denied because management closed down breakfast food at 10:30am in the morning. I could only order lunch food at 10:40am. That’s pathetic.

I’ve been a loyal customer at your Saugus, MA location for over 13 years, and have always felt like part of the Panera family. The staff has consistently been welcoming and kind, and I’ve always appreciated the atmosphere and quality of service — until today.
This morning, I placed my usual order but noticed that I had been overcharged. When I politely brought this to the attention of the manager (I believe his name is Oscar), he became noticeably annoyed. I didn’t want to escalate things, so I let it go and proceeded to get my coffee.
As I waited for my food, I realized there was no coffee left — something that occasionally happens and is usually not a big deal. I simply informed Oscar, as I have done in the past with no issue. To my shock, he became extremely agitated and suddenly demanded to refund my entire order, saying I was no longer welcome at the location.
I was left shocked and deeply disappointed. This is not the customer service I’ve come to expect from Panera. I genuinely care about this place, and it’s disheartening to be treated this way after years of loyalty and positive interactions.
I hope this situation can be reviewed, and that future customers — especially regulars — are treated with the kindness and professionalism that Panera is known for.

Sara doesn’t just do her job well — she does it with heart. You can tell she truly cares about every person who walks through the door, and that makes all the difference.

I had a $25 gift card, bill was $24.15. Apparently girl forgot to give me my change. Ya, 85 cents! Chicken cranberry salad sandwich! , well I wondered where’s the chicken salad!

Really wish they would read the tickets. Numerous times I’ve ordered chicken and wild rice to get home and have chicken noodle in my bag. Enough already.

Did a grubhub order for $10 chicken noodles soup and there was more broth than actual food in it. Got maybe 5 spoons and the rest was just liquid. Also ordered a smoothie and it wasn't even filled all the way, Payed $8 for some missing smoothie.
I should of just went to market basket and got the pre-made panera chicken noodles soup. At least it comes with a good amount of actual noodles and chicken 🙄
Don't waste ur money here if you order from an app. If you go in store make sure you're getting what you paid for.
