I had a great experience at Papa Gino’s thanks to Nick! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right with our order. You can tell he takes pride in his work—our food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how we wanted it. It’s always refreshing to be greeted with a smile and treated like a valued customer. Nick’s excellent service made the visit that much better. Definitely coming back!

Meatball grinder and the cheeseburger are both great!

I got this pizza a week ago. It was loaded with pepperoni and the vege had lots. But last night I ordered extra pepperoni and onion on the hot honey pepperoni and it had very little onion and less pepperoni than the regular pepperoni I got last time. So, must have been the cook. Management needs to check consistency. I bought a second time but not sure I'll do a third.

Update: ordered 2 other times. Thank you for taking the time to read reviews and actually apply it to my future orders! My new favorite pizza!!

Very unsanitary I didn't order anything my dtr did said pizza was good. Because it was so dirty in there I didn't want to chance it. I don't mean to offend here but it was filthy. Cashier was very polite.

Not enough employees that the service is so slow it took over an hour for a cheese pizza. Then it wasn't even fully cooked. Some spots of the dough was raw.

Very disappointed experience...we are passing thru on our way to Salem for vacation and stopped in...ordered a toasted BLT and a Philly cheese and a pastrami...none of the sandwiches were toasted and the BLT had 1 pieces of bacon it...very disappointed..won't eat there and wouldn't recommend this place at all
