Love that pizza here very good reminds me of Polcari's is in a way and the steak and cheese always been good and they do have fresh bread we can't go wrong there

Being disabled I get food delivered and it’s always dinner for 2 nights. I ordered a pepperoni pizza well done and cinnamon bites. I could not believe that both arrived cold, and both were undercooked! I am talking cold as if they were made and sitting out for hours. I also gave the driver a $10 tip. Both went into the trash, no dinner last night and cereal tonight as it’s one of the things I am able to manage on my own. The reason I depend on food deliveries to eat.Very disappointed with the Saugus location. When my health was better I loved going to other locations at least 3-4 times a month.This delivery order was beyond disappointing!

Was unable to get specials from Anthony because he did not no how to use register. Asked for manager and was unable to get 5:00 special because it was now 5:01. Special was over

My mom really likes Papa Gino’s pizza and the service is very good, but this time the two pepperoni slices looked like preheated cheese slices with the pepperoni just placed on top. The pepperoni came off really easily and didn’t melt into the cheese at all. It didn’t have the flavor she’s used to from Papa Gino’s pizza.

My husband's favorite but not too close to where we live..P.G's is def a Boston thing. But the Saugus location, they are on point. Everything was spot on and delish!!! And the driver figured we had kids and she made mickey mouse ears on the box. Nobody puts that kind of effort anymore!!!! Great job! Great service! Great food!!
