Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with our server. She was unable to multitask and seemed to get overwhelmed. It started with my requesting a new fork as the silverware was dirty, and it ended with my requesting 3 times dipping oil. I finally stopped someone and asked for the oil and was able to get it in a few seconds. Food was good but the service put a bad taste in my mouth.

Hadn't been to Polcari's in over a year as the food quality wasn't what it used to be. Tried it again this past Sunday night and got food poisoning from their chicken fettuccine Alfredo, which they screwed up anyways and didn't add broccoli as requested. I will NEVER go back, I'd rather pick up take out in the North End than go to over-priced Polcari's in Saugus and be sick for 2 days. No thanks.

Everything was wonderful. Waitress was attentive and very pleasant. My husband and I were able to relax without being rushed .. Great Valentine's Day Dinner Experience.. The portions are huge and worth the money

Not sure about all the high ratings - Maybe nostalgia as restaurant has been on route 1 for as long as I can remember? Food was very mediocre. Arancini app was very bland and could have used more marinara. Pasta dishes were ok.

Call in still waited a crazy amount of time ,well look at top of pizza good but bottom was burnt,this place is going down hill so fast ,so sad i will be looking for a new pizza shop ,80. Bucks for 3pies they should all be spot on ,cost what 8.oo to make one ,get it right if your going to charge top dollar

I have been a customer weekly for a few years but will not be any more. The the the managers treat their employees is unacceptable and it’s just not one it has been several. When this first happened Insaid ok maybe but it continues to happen to good servers.
