Arrived earlier than out reservation but was still seated right away. Great waitress and huge menu. The entire meal was perfect and priced very well. Wish they had a better wine selection though. But a great evening from start to finish. We'll return soon.

My wife and I ordered takeout this afternoon — a large cheese pizza and a large Greek salad. The pizza was delicious as always, no complaints there. Unfortunately, the Greek salad was the complete opposite. It was inedible. The lettuce and other greens were wilted, soggy, and mushy, and the dressing wasn’t much better. We ended up throwing the entire salad away.
How a restaurant could let a salad in that condition leave the kitchen is beyond me. Extremely disappointing, and frankly unacceptable, especially from a place that usually does so well with its food.

We had a surprise party for a friend here, in one of the private rooms, and it was great. The food was good, the drinks were reasonably priced and we had a lot of fun. Would love to come back for dinner sometime.

We’re big fans of Polcari’s in Saugus, but tonight we ordered our usual take out and was very disappointed when we got it home and opened it. As usual my meat lovers pizza was awesome, but we also ordered a chicken piccata entree and the chicken was dark and not very appetizing to eat. Will will order again, and we hope we will get our usual great meals. But my problem is why didn’t someone see this before they let it leave the kitchen?

We had the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding here. The food was great. The waitress was very attentive and everyone had a great time. The price for 34 people was very affordable. We ended up with a ton of leftovers. Highly recommended.

My husband ordered take out tonight! I ordered a GLUTEN FREE PEPPERONI PIZZA! It didn't have pepperoni...no big deal. I ate half the pizza and looked at the bill to see if they charged for the pepperoni. It just said a 10 inch cheese! It wasn't gluten free! I called right away and got nowhere! He said well...what can I do? He made off like...oh well... we're only human! Now my husband had to go pick it. He has to go up and around the highway and...if you live in saugus...you know what that's like during rush hour! I'M REALLY IN FOR IT NOW! THANKS POLCARIS! WISH THEY HAD 0 STARS! KEEP AWAY IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR GLUTEN FREE PIZZA! I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
Food tast was good, but portion size was lacking considering the price. Did not serve bread & oil with meal which all Italian restaurants I've eaten at typically do. I suspect these matters to be a management issue rather than that of the cooks. I know times change since we hadn't visited here in several years. However diners tend to remember 'the way it was', in hopes that it would remain the same.

Their pizza is the best! I haven't found pizza in the Boston area that's as tastefull as Regina's, wood fired brick oven. Fresh ingredients, my favorite is the Giambotta.
