They didn't get ready for the day it was,45 minutes to bring our drinks and nothing to say with appetizers,the waiters said manager was coming to talk to me and maybe will give me something on the house but manager never came to talk to me and not even apologized for what they did,everyone looked so disappointed,first time ever there and last time,awful service,they made my valentines diner the worst I've had in my whole life
It was a busy Saturday night when we visited. We got seated quickly and orderly. Our drinks were delicious. Our food was delicious. We had a great time! We brought friends with us to show them the polcari experience and you guys nailed it for us now there's two couples will be returning here regularly!!!
Off the chain....Polcari's the original Italian beast of a restaurant out of the Northend of Boston.....Great home made food,pastries, Polcari's will not disappoint you ......Delicious....Enjoy....
