Ordered at the drive up window. When we got home the white chicken fingers were still hot , tasty and crisp.
French fries were a bit soggy. The coleslaw slaw was very good but it was a very small portion.
Will definitely return.
Went there 2 weeks ago, bought a meal and drove to the back empty area to eat before my long drive to Connecticut. I'm male, 73.
Women came out and told me I had to move, that is a no parking area, no signs anywhere, no fire lane signs on the empty lane ground.
I asked if I could have 5 more minutes to finish eating, I had a long drive to New York, it was 7 30 pm
She said NO and said she wasent going to leave, she was right up against my driver's door window.
I rolled up the window and she continued to be abusive, she said her manager told her to stand there until I left. WOW
Ordered online by the time I got there food was ready. So I decided to stay and eat cause of traffic . It was good manager was polite and come up to see if everything was good .
Great fresh food at reasonable prices.

Seating in Saugus,Massachusetts undersized.
Everyone here was so nice we where traveling from out of town and stopped for food to discover they where doing a soft opening for friends and family. We where neither but thirsty and hungry and they let us go through and order nicest people way to build community report if I lived here id go back all the time
yum yum in me tum tum
Girl staff at the drive thru was rude but food is very good
Jaden and Maria are great ! Excellent and friendly service !
I gave Raising Cane’s a shot based on the hype. Big mistake. The chicken tenders were shockingly bland—no seasoning, no flavor, just fried coating over flavorless meat. Worse, several tenders had veins and sinew running through them that were impossible to chew. I literally had to spit pieces out. That’s unacceptable.
The fries? Soggy and limp. Zero crispness, and no salt. Packing cold coleslaw in the same closed container just makes it worse—the moisture steams everything into a wet mess. The coleslaw itself is just as bad: watery and tasteless.
The Cane’s Sauce is okay, but it can’t save food this poorly made.
On my very first visit, the Texas toast—the one thing people rave about—was only griddled on one side. One crispy side, one soft, soggy side. Like they didn’t even care to finish the job.
Overall, it feels like all effort went into branding and none into food quality. If you’re looking for good chicken, keep moving. This place is all hype, no delivery.
We were there for the grand opening and loved it!

Fun atmosphere. Very friendly and efficient employees. I’ve been to other locations and somehow the chicken tenders here were even more tender and juicy! Very clean!
