Rosaria’s in Saugus continues to be one of my favorite spots for a great meal. Although the service leaves little to be desired each time I go, and the greeter often has a bad attitude while the waitresses can be slow, the quality of the food keeps me coming back. When you do finally get a drink, it’s very well made, and the food is always on point and absolutely delicious. Every dish tastes fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. Despite the service issues, the food alone makes Rosaria’s a standout, and that’s why it still earns a full 5 stars from me.

Great service, food was excellent! Party of 4- We tried Chicken Piccata, Steak Tips and Sirloin … Pizza for appetizer. Fresh, cooked perfectly and a beautiful clean atmosphere.

Like always.. we want this place to succeed. The staff is so slow and unwelcoming.. I always have to ask about the menu..the staff is slow and uneducated of current specials…. We will not be returning.. this place is just awful

Eggplant rollatini was good, Espresso martini was just ok and service was definitely on the slow side
Invited for Mother’s Day brunch. 6 adults and 4 kids under 12. The bill came to $850.00 ? I couldn’t believe it. For warm eggs. All the other food was empty. I was shocked. My son inlaw made the reservation because he always swears by them. After today he won’t be going back. A total disgrace.

We had my daughter’s baby shower there and it was amazing ! Darlene was quick to respond and the best to work with! We went with the deluxe brunch. There were so many food options. The display and food were so fresh. Everyone is still raving about it! It was our first ever experience there as we usually pick other north shore locations. The price was extremely reasonable! I would definitely have another event there! The room was pretty too. I just wish it was a little brighter.

If you come for KARAOKE be prepared for management to allow preference to their friends. They will cut lines, and have their friends sing… all the while the 80 other people who go every week to spend their money for food drinks and to sing get tossed to the side - its just wrong

After calling at 4:30pm for a 7:30 reservation, we arrived to barely receive a greeting from the hostess. It was difficult to identify the hostess station as there is a piano but no sign. We were sat at 7:35 and brought bread and water immediately. However, by 7:52 we still hadn’t been greeted by our waitress or offered drinks. At this point we decided to get up and leave since we waited almost 20 minutes without even being acknowledged by our server. Upon leaving, no one batted an eyelash or apologized for the lack of service.
This is very disappointing as we’ve enjoyed dining here in the past. To wait upwards of 20 minutes for a greeting and to place a drink order, especially when you have a reservation is unacceptable. We decided to take our patronage elsewhere and were attended to in the manner any paying guest should be.
