Food was awful and the customer service was awful as well. I was over charged for my food and when I went back they did not even know how much money to return back to me. Also, they keep a dog inside the restaurant all day which is very unsanitary considering they are working around food all day. I will not be going back.

I ordered the Taco Salad for delivery and it was absolutely delicious! Everything arrived fresh, well-packed, and full of flavor. The ingredients were super fresh and the seasoning was perfect. Highly recommend if you’re craving something tasty and satisfying. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

This spot can be overlooked very easily but shouldn’t, because its name doesn’t really hint on the awesome Spanish food coming out of the kitchen. The birria tacos, spanish rice and burrito bowls are so good and the prices are very good. This is a great place to order take out from with awesome service and even better food.
Some of the best chicken fingers I’ve ever had! Also great tater tots, steak quesadilla, and very delicious pupusas - with some very tasty marinated veggie slaw to go with it. Will go back to try more items from the menu. A very friendly family owned business.

This restaurant should stick to either pizza or Mexican food because, they're very inconsistent with keeping track of their orders. Chances are if you order Mexican food they're most definitely going to get your order wrong. This place for sure was very unsatisfactory without a doubt.

I don't know how long they have been here but I was looking for a place nearby that still has their own delivery driver. The pizza place across the street from my house is now strictly Uber and with the fees and tip it is $50 for two cheese pizzas. This is good pizza. I was a little nervous on my first order because the guy on the phone has a personality of a wet sponge but the food and delivery are great so that makes him great! I am ordering again right now because all of the Christmas leftovers are gone and I don't feel like cooking. I recommend the pizza...lots of cheese and good crust!

I order food from Saugus House of Pizza at 630pm on Monday for a pick up. The order taker informed me it will be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at 0700pm the place was closed. This place is trash. Go some where else.

I have been here three times in the past three days. My first time was on Saturday for a delivery. Everything was flawless and everything was delicious. We got a meatball sub and Italian sub chicken tenders and some cheesy fries for my granddaughter. Everyone was very happy with what they got. The portions are great and the price is extremely reasonable. The second time we got a calzone and cheesy fries again for my granddaughter and breaded chicken wings. Again everything was delicious. Calzone was cooked perfectly. Today I got cheesy fries for my granddaughter. Of course we’re trying a different calzone and another sub piece This will now be my go to pizza-sub shop even though I haven’t had the pizza yet. However, that will be next.

I ordered a beans and cheese pupusa, which was a 6/10. However the only reason I decided to leave a review was because I sat and waited on my order. While doing so I realized NO ONE WEARS GLOVES. The person who rang me up, went from touching my card then cash because they have a minimum on cards. To touching the food without washing, sanitizing or putting on gloves. The lady who randomly came from the back with wet hands and no gloves removed my pupusa when told from what looked like the person in charge, and when she wrapped my food she used a previously used wax sheet. I was baffled. I took three bites from the pupusa for two reasons; I was starving and also to see if it was worth it, all that I witnessed. Frankly I don’t think they will get any business from me again.

We were hungry and looking for any place that delivered pizza and was local, and stumbled on this place. It's now our go- to for local pizza. Eventually we'll branch out and try the rest of their menu.
