Starbucks is a welcoming coffee shop with friendly and polite staff, who go out of their way to ensure excellent service. The manager knows regular customers by name and remembers their orders. The menu features vegetarian options, including the Italiano ciao. However, some customers have experienced issues with the temperature of their coffee, not always being hot and fresh. Despite this, the staff is excellent, and the new manager is efficient in resolving any issues.
