Never had a bad experience at a Starbucks. This time quite interesting. They are over charging for expresso shots. Typically .80 cents each tried to charge 3.00 for one additional shot of expresso when it’s .80 to add in app hmmmmmm. 🥴 crazy right ?

What kind of coffee shop doesn't offer hot coffee at the counter. You have to Mobile order as someone new to the area just wanting to try Starbucks for the first time only to be told they can't take my cash or credit but I have to DOWNLOAD there APP STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO BUY IN PERSON

I go to three Starbucks coffee shop every day they are very friendly smile polite just opened one at revere ma love it all those associated are friendly manager knows me by name and rembered my order that service thank you that you open one in revere I loved the epresso Italiano ciao

Ordered hazelnut oatmilk shaken expresso with * less ice but came to see lots of ice cube in a small size cup..... my head stayed paused for a minute, looking at ice cube. I went to the cash counter and told them about it and, within no seconds, said we would replace it, which is good. See such a wonderful person at the cash counter.
