Is possible to have some to regulate the loud music at this location they can't even get the service right because orders are wrong because you can't talk or hear is getting annoying few visits already and only getting worst.

The worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. I stop here on my way home from Boston. The last two times it took them 15 minutes to make my drink because they forgot. Not apologetic at all. Save yourself time and just go to dunkin.

My first time visiting a Starbucks. There were a good amount of options. My drink was ok. Staff was polite. The place was clean. Pricing was alittle high. I was with friends, they enjoyed what they ordered. I myself don't drink coffee, so not really a place I'll probably stop again. We were on a trip home also, so this location is not very close to me. But service was fast.

I am a frequent customer at Starbucks and usually visit almost every day. However, my experience yesterday was extremely disappointing. I was ready to make a purchase, but the staff completely ignored me. How can you run a business like that?This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for regular customers. Starbucks needs to invest in better training for its employees to ensure they provide quality customer service. I am taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other options like Dunkin' Donuts and Café Nero that know how to treat their customers right.

Super bad experience I just wanted to get my two venti Frappuccino’s I go every Wednesday and Saturday at this time and this time has been the worst customer service the girl Maddie gave me a super bad experience she gave me bad looks rolling her eyes I kindly asked her for the caramel sugar and rudely answered no which something that dosent have to be answered that way I am a customer service worker my self and that was non professional at all you she needs to learn to be more professional thank you

That’s the worse drive thru service in the area, they are extremely slow to take, do and give you the order. If you are in a hurry don’t stop even without a lane. Frustrating.

The girl who was working the drive through at this location (Rt 1 North) this morning around 9am was on her A game. After handing me my drink she noticed it looked like it was made wrong and asked me to take a sip of it to make sure. Sure enough she was right and she took it back and remade it super fast. I consider that going above and beyond because most people would have just let me drive off with the wrong coffee and not have cared. Thank you for being awesome!

I’m big costumer Starbucks one time try to get coffee with Apple Pay or card payment it’s was only cash option no body have cash it’s 2024 they didn’t give me only 6$ coffee bad costumer service never respect only one time i want to pay but no opportunity!!

Nice place for a sit down coffee and it is roomy. This store has plenty of parking and it is in the mall.
