Unbelievably loud staff. I came here to get work done and they've made a terrible atmosphere with the yelling and cursing. I understand chatting but there's no excuse for that volume. No wonder the place is empty. I was shocked.

Rude customer service, woman at front counter had attitude problem. Couldn’t really answer a question about a drink.. workers were talking the whole time and moving like snails had to wait 20 min for one drink and there was one other person in line. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable . They hire high school kids and this is the outcome. Nasty attitude and drink sucked. Asked how it was made and of course a dirty look and very vague answers

This location is a joke. The two girls working here are more busy talking to one another than doing their job. Also, who trained them to hold the cup you're about to drink out of by the inside? I don't want your dirty hands in my drink. Obviously they are NOT server safe. One more thing. One girl kept wiping her nose with her left hand and I never saw her once wash them. Absolutely disgusting!!!

I come here often- but I had to write this. Mya is THE BEST barista. She always has a smile on her face and makes my coffee perfectly! Not only that but she always makes the most delicious samples. And if she sees me in line she has my coffee pre made and I’m in and out! I just really appreciate the customer services she provides it makes my day a little easier.

Starbucks in Target on Fells parkway in Saugus has an amazing employee named Bobby. Not only did he provide a well made Pink Drink ( best one I’ve had), but he went above and beyond to make me happy. I had a very disappointing experience at the Lynnfield Market Street location and Bobby made sure that I was satisfied with my experience here! Definitely will come back here. We need more people like him!

Kindest staff, hard working. My son has a hard time talking and members of the staff have stopped and listened to what he wants instead of making me say it. It seems like a small thing but it really really made my day

I really hope someone that manages the Starbucks stores reads this, as this store is NOWHERE close to Starbucks level and reputation.I go to Target 2-3 times a week...and almost always "try" to grab coffee here before going for my Target run. 50% of the time my attempts to buy coffee were unsuccessful, - either because: They had run out of most of the syrups, OR the people working there are SOOOOO SLOW and SOOO lazy that they don't even care if you wait there for 30 mins. The last time I was there, there was only one person in line before me, and I had to wait exactly 18 minutes for someone to take my order. I don't know how they even hire these people, They're extremely rude and incompetent.
Stopped at this Starbucks this morning for a coffee and had a very helpful experience thanks to Genavieve, but when I offered her a tip she kindly declined explaining that target Starbucks employees are not able to accept tips. This is wrong there is no reason why employees doing their jobs shouldn’t be able to get tipped. Fix it
