Starbucks in Target on Fells parkway in Saugus has an amazing employee named Bobby. Not only did he provide a well made Pink Drink ( best one I’ve had), but he went above and beyond to make me happy. I had a very disappointing experience at the Lynnfield Market Street location and Bobby made sure that I was satisfied with my experience here! Definitely will come back here. We need more people like him!

Kindest staff, hard working. My son has a hard time talking and members of the staff have stopped and listened to what he wants instead of making me say it. It seems like a small thing but it really really made my day

I really hope someone that manages the Starbucks stores reads this, as this store is NOWHERE close to Starbucks level and reputation.I go to Target 2-3 times a week...and almost always "try" to grab coffee here before going for my Target run. 50% of the time my attempts to buy coffee were unsuccessful, - either because: They had run out of most of the syrups, OR the people working there are SOOOOO SLOW and SOOO lazy that they don't even care if you wait there for 30 mins. The last time I was there, there was only one person in line before me, and I had to wait exactly 18 minutes for someone to take my order. I don't know how they even hire these people, They're extremely rude and incompetent.

Stopped at this Starbucks this morning for a coffee and had a very helpful experience thanks to Genavieve, but when I offered her a tip she kindly declined explaining that target Starbucks employees are not able to accept tips. This is wrong there is no reason why employees doing their jobs shouldn’t be able to get tipped. Fix it

I won't even complain about the long wait or long line because it is not the baristas fault. Shame on Starbucks for not staffing accordingly and leaving a barista to run three stations by herself

I ordered the mocha cookie crumble and the Asian girl with low buns took my order and was very rude. My drink came out super watery with no cookie crumbles. Disgusting. They say to always go to the starbucks that makes your order right and this is definitely not it.The starbucks in lynnway never messes up my drinks
